Of the Year!!! Especially when you are at the world! We are in our one bedroom at OKW. Arrived Monday AM and room was ready at 4. The room was clean and all but missing a few things, like toss pillows on couch, blanket for pull out sofa, hangers but a fast call and all delivered.
We decorated our room in and out, just waiting for the official DIS tree when CarolA checks out - thanks Carol and all who have passed this tree along. Looking forward to it.
We made it to MK early and it was great. Stayed for the Christmas Parade. It was better than I remembered! Love it.
Tonight we went to Papa's Den and Mickey and Minney were in their holiday finest greeting all of us. The Cm took each and every camera and took a family picture. Nice touch! We were treated to hot cidar and cookies too. I got a message today that Santa will be here tommorow from 5-9 pm. Alot of lights on patios too.
The weather is great. We misses all the cold stuff and today ended up sunny and warm. - Mid to high 70's/ We even took a fast swim before our visit with Mickey in the lobby.
The bus service has been the best we ever had.
I had mixed feeling leaving the family and home all decorated, then going to code orange as we started to fly, but we are here now and enjoying it so much.
We wish you all a Merry Christmas. We hope to catch a CP at Epcot tommorow and Mass at Mary Queen of the Univerese on Christmas Day. Not sure of a park for that day yet.
I will be checking in here if you have any questions.

Thanks for checking in! I hope you keep on having such a wonderful time. Christmas at WDW is so very special (and I hear the weather has been cooperating). Merry Christmas!!!

Have a great time & Merry Christmas!

Niagra2,

As far as mass at Mary Queen of the Universe, you may want to get there WAY early.

We tried to go 20 minutes early for Easter mass 2 years ago and forget it! The traffic was so backed up for people trying to go there, we gave up after 40 minutes waiting in traffic.

have fun at disney! and merry christmas!

Hope you have a great time! I wonder if we saw you at the MK on Monday? We just reft yesterday (12/23) and had a wonderfule time. We arrived 12/18, went to MVMCP on 12/19, the Candlelight Processional on Sat 12/20 (almost froze our bottoms off:D ). All the decorations were beautiful!:D :D

Merry Christmas!!!

Enjoy your Holiday in the most magical place in the universe!!!

THanks for the update, and hope you have a SPLENDID holiday trip! Let us know about the crowds.

slc224, We were at the same events as you. I sat on my gloves at the CP, the seats were sooo cold!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Niagra2, has it gotten any warmer? We have snow flurries in Ohio, perfect for Santa's trip tonight!

Bobbi:D

Well...today was 77 degrees!! Xmas to cool down and the rest of the times seems to be upper 70's!
We were in Epcot today. Crowded of course. Singles line at Mission space was 60 minutes but was a walk on single line at test track.
Yesterday we did MK and am was great. We did all the mountains and a few great rides in two hours.
Bell Services told me that OKW was running 99 percent occupancy but tonight was at 95 percent. Seems quiet.

We went to see Santa in Papa's den. He was a FL Santa! In shorts and flowered shirt. We had hot chocolate with also of marshmellows and holiday cookies.

Spoke with some people who insisted they be at the park early to get seats for 11am parade. They wouldn't believe me that the televised parade was already taped. Oh well, I tried.

Everyone seems in Holiday spirits. Alot of Merry Chirstmas's passed around here with our neighbors. Hope to see CP with Gary Sinese tommorrow.

Well on to illuminations....Merry Christmas to all!!!
