Park crowds continue to amaze me, so much higher than this time two years ago. But manageable.
I love watching families! Doesn't matter the ages of the kids. Even like watching couples and multi-generation adult families. Life is good!
Weather is great. Almost everyone in summer attire. Just not sweating! Was worried about the "partly cloudy" forecast, fearing it meant "overcast," but the weather is beautiful.
Don't know what the threads were about concerning Disney World not seeming as decorated. Looks beautiful and very decorated to us in the three parks so far. Looking forward to the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights (did I get that right?) tonight.
I'm used to Disney overstating wait times for rides. But this time we've had more than one occasion when wait times were way underestimated. Example, Star Tours this afternoon. Wait time of 10 minutes stated; took over 30. Still one of our favorites, though!
Posting in the park on my new smartphone is do-able, but a hassle. So much easier here from the room. It is a good way to pass the time waiting in line. Curious stares from some.
But the most questions have been about our
Crocs, maybe because they're the new Disney Crocs. We got ours before the trip, but we've seen them for sale in the Pop Century store. They sure have been an asset -- our feet are not as tired, and no blisters.
We enjoyed Lights, Motors, Action. But, as we've read in other's reports, not sure that it will be on our favorites list, maybe not even a future repeat. As worn as Indiana Jones Stunt Show is, we find it a favorite. Go figure.
Back tonight for ADR at 50's Primetime, then some rides and the Osborne Lights. Maybe Fantastic; it's not one of our favorites, but so many people rave about it, we're thinking about giving it another chance.
TTFN!
