Well, we made the switch from POFQ to VWL this morning. Ahhhhh, I love this place. Walking into the lobby makes me feel like my vacation is really starting now. We're in a studio on the 5th floor, and it's great. I love the vaulted ceilings on this level, and we've got a great view of the pool and the lagoon. I'm hoping we can see the EWP from here. This villa seems bigger than our studio at BCV's, but it might just be because the ceiling is so high... probably a good 12-15 feet. I've been taking tons of pictures and will post them when we get back.

If you have any questions about VWL, the parks, weather, etc, etc, just let me know.

I can't wait to see those pictures. That is our home resort. Maybe next time we stay there we will request a 5th floor room... and hope we get lucky enough to get it.

Glad you like VWL! We loved it there! Our villa was also on the 5th floor, but just the master br had the vaulted ceiling. Sounds like you have a great view, too. I'd love to get a pool view sometime.

I know! I am so bummed I missed the Chicago meet! But since we decided to drive we left earlier than I thought. Next time I'll be there!!

I'll try to post some room pics asap. There are only 2 studios on the 5th floor, so I was surprised to find it was available this morning. I guess it pays to checkin early.

We're off to Whispering Canyon for dinner.
