Likely listing my AKV contract considerations

Difficult to really decide who to list with as the main players all really seem to be the "same" so to speak and evaluations will ultimately put you about the same result at the end of the day. I've got one evaluation saying to list at $85/point, recover 2015 fees, at 8% commission, while another says list at $91/pt with no 2015 fees, at a 10% commission.

For anyone that listed recently,what made you decide on who you listed with?

I have not listed recently, but, can tell you my brother in law just bought at 82 and a friend of mine just had an offer accepted at 79...do with that what you may.

I sold AKV this year at $88 a point so sounds like the brokers are in the ball park

I have a preferred broker so I don't look at the others. They are who I bought my first ck tract through and the service was so good I never look elsewhere

I think they are all similar though. Go with whoever gives you a good feel

I am very happy with my last two sales, very professional and the company is made up entirely of DVC Sales Guides (former), so they know their stuff. The lady who sold mine kept me updated and posted throughout the entire process and I liked being kept in the loop. Got multiple offers and sold for full asking price.
