I am hearing different rumors as to when the riverboat at MK will open fro refurbishment. I hear the end of june and in deptember. Any news?

I read end of Sept for the reopen.

They just got it moved from the wet dock (behind Thunder Mountain) to the dry dock (behind the Contemporary). It was to be back in service in July, but because of the delay in moving it to dry dock (they were working on a fireworks cruise boat so they had no room for the Riverboat) it will be September. As of right now it is slated for September 22, but that could change...but I would not expected to see it back until Sometime in September.

I didn't realise the Liberty riverboat was out of action at the moment!

That's a bit sad! I was planning on a relaxing cruise in early September!

Hope it's back up when we get there. My kids don't really care for it, but I love it.

I hope it will be up at the end of September... We didn't have time to do it on out first trip in 2004 and it was "closed for rehab" in 2005...

I want to go on that boat Darn it!
