Less than 24 hours now and ----

Less than 24 hours and I will be on my way to OKW. After a stay over at the Hilton in the DD area we will check in Sunday. I just love the sound of the music I hear when I walk toward the check-in area at OKW. It is really relaxing to me. Do many of you at OKW first notice the music also, or something else??

Have a blast! We will be at OKW for the first time in Dec., so I don't know about the music - but just wanted to wish you a safe and happy trip. Can't wait to hear all about it on your return.

Been to OKW many times and never noticed the music. Could it have been the excited kids, the screams of joy??

I notice the peace and quite and splendor, compared to the mad dash we have had for the last 6 hours in route with planes, trains, buses and cars.

Yes! I remember the calypso style music. So relaxing after a long flight, etc. Just meandering to the Check in desk knowing your OKW villa awaits you. I just was helping a coworker with a few pointers on his upcoming vacation and I am really feeling 'homesick' right about now.

Yes!, I know what you mean. For me, the calypso / Jimmy Buffett type music really set the mood of OKW. But on our trip in August, they had replaced this music with "swing" type music. In my opinion, it was really out of place, especially when trying to relax at the pool.

We're also checking in Sunday (for 6 nights) will be me, DW, DS-4 and DS 1 (in a 2-BR) and DSis, DBIL, DN-10 and DN-8 (in a 1-BR).

Olivia's for a relaxing dinner on Sunday then off to MK on Monday...we can't wait. Have a magical trip!
