In our town, we rake the leaves into the street and then a machine comes along down the side of the road to suck them up.
Well, that only works when they come to pick them up! My BF spent the better part of last Sunday taking care of my leaves. Now, we're in the middle of a huge wind storm, and all his work is for naught! I've broken my foot and can't do it myself -- how in the world am I going to get rid of these leaves?
Thanks for letting me vent!

I miss those leaves. I remember the same thing. As a kid, Dad and I would rake the leaves to the side of the street for the truck to come inhale. LOL! But there were days when it was windy, and they'd be back in the yard. Sorry for your frustration!
