Le Cellier Steakhouse

Yes, the maple filet is gone. Has been for awhile. I understand you may still be able to get the potatoes.

I'm going in September and I'm not ordering steak - leaning toward duck 3 ways, maybe a tomato stack, a cup of cheese soup, dessert and beer. I haven't been to Le Cellier in 4 years.

We have never eaten at LeCellier but was hoping to try it this trip... if we can get ADRs for it that is. I have heard so many negative things about it lately though I have to say I'm a little hesitant...

Im guessing your going over teachers convention? "us too"

LeCellier is a MUST DO for every WDW trip for me....it just isn't a Disney trip without LeCellier!!!

First time at Le Cellier was this April, and I had the mushroom filet. The portion is a little small, but after filling up with pretzel bread and cheese soup, it was definitely enough. The filet was perfect, very tender and great tasting, a good piece of meat. Two days later we ate at Cali Grill, and the waitress said their filet won some awards for the best in Florida. I demand a recount! Le Cellier's was easily 10 times better. (For one TS credit, not two!)

Side note, my wife had the burger at Le Cellier since she was in a burger mood. It was excellent as well -- extremely tasty.

I definitely recommend the tomato stack ... had it last August at the recommendation of the server and it was so yummy!

I agree, the maple bbq filet was amazing. I thought I read on the disboards from someone that you could request it and they would still make it for you. This is not from experience, just something that I remember reading. If anyone has done this, please let us know. This year I am going for just an appetizer. The spicy sausage and polenta is AMAZING! Can anyone tell me if the cobbler is still available at Le Cellier? I read about it on the disboards and it lookes amazing, but I can't find it on the menu. :confused3
