Anyone else there addicted to Law and Order. I think I've seen the episodes at least 5 times each, but I still watch them over and over again. Even when there's an all day marathon like today.

I love L&O. I am always watching the reruns on TNT. Another channel plays CI and SVU reruns
Im bummed, my college class is Wednesday nights.. until 9pm when it starts... :/ I need to learn how to program the VCR!

They should be starting here shortley, which would be a good thing for me. I guess I've seen an episode TOO many times, when I can recite the lines with the tv.

Me too!! LOL My 12yo son loves L&O and CI. He isn't allowed to watch SVU.
I've yet to find any good L&O message boards... :/

Do you ever watch Crossing Jordan? I loved the 2pt "Digger" epis. They brought in Chris Noth aka "Mike Logan" hehehehee ahhhhh I love him. I wish he hadn't moved on

I also watch Crossing Jordan every once in awhile, but I'm not as religious to it as I am to all the LO. I hadn't even realized he had left until you said so. How sad. He was "fun" to watch!

Chris Noth? Left the show at least 4 or 5 seasons ago... it was a long time ago. I think it would be neat if they would bring back some of the old players.... even for a visit.

LOL. I just realized who you were talking about. I thought you were talking about the cute guy on Crossing Jordan that use to be on Sliders. Yes, they do need to bring back Chris. It has taken me forever to get use to the new guy.

Oh you mean WOODY aka Jerry O'Connell (is that his last name?). He was the chunky kid off of Stand By Me. He sure turned out to be a looker ;D
I like Woody myself I think he needs to be there more often ;0) Crossing Jordan won't be back until Jan Due to Jill's IRL pregnancy...
Funny thing is I mainly watch CJ and L&O... other then that I will watch something else (will and grace, reba...) if I happen to catch it on but I don't make a huge effort.

I also love law & order. It's a big fight in our house on Wed. at the stroke of 10pm and the TV isn't turned to Law & Order.
I really love Chris Noth too, did you guys see him when they did the TV movie of law & order and they brought him back. It was cool, they really tied up some of the loose ends of his character.
I also read and interview with him in a magazine...he was really mad that they wanted to bring up "Logan"- he said it was a "long time ago, and would rather leave something behind him" (my paraphase not excately quote)
guess he left on not good terms. , Oh well, he's still a great actor.

I like it when they combine L&O's with SVU or CI. A few weeks ago I've seen 2 different shows where they combine Homicide Life on the Streets (I think it was called)....

THe story line of the show was that he hit a def. that got off to get him into the car. I don't know why HE left the show though.

The last one I saw with Logan in it, was him sitting talking to the counselor saying he need to take a break...go down south...etc but I don't think I saw the one where he hit someone.
Was another cop being set up in that one? Was it a 2 parter?

I like the way SVU is done, but I find sometimes the stories affect me too much. (Rape, child porn... just WAY too much for me to handle emotional )
I also like Criminal Intent, this shows are all so well written!

DH and I never miss an episode of L&O: SVU. It's one of our favorites. We like the original L&O also but miss some of the old cast.
I was a big Homocide:Life on the street watcher so I'm glad to see Munch on L&0:SVU....wish they'd take on some of the other cast from there!

Wow! This is my favorite show (along with House of Mouse!) - I love all three versions of Law & Order. I watch the repeats over and over again, and I actually get annoyed if there is no episode on every night! I need my fix every day!

As for Chris Noth, his character left the series because he punched a councilman in front of the courthouse. The councilman was accused of being involved in killing his gay opponent. The 1995 episode was called "Pride". Here is a brief link to it (not much info though

Through the seasons, I loved everyone on Law & Order, except for Paul Sorvino's character - he was always condescending to everyone. I also sometimes have a hard time with Goren (from Criminal Intent) - he is always right about everything 100% of the time, and it gets hard to love his know-it-all attitude. Love to see him be wrong sometimes!
