Laughter, Tears & Screams- Two Aussies in WDW! New - 6/10 - The End!!

I battled Conan in a game of Air Hockey too. Don’t you just love Air Hockey!? We do! And I won! Woohoooo!! As I’m writing this, I just asked Conan to double check that I actually won, and he said, “I cannot recall!” Which means I totally won. Hehehehee. Go me!

Men. :sad2:

IMG_9535.jpg

This is the cutest towel animal thingie that I've ever seen.

It was Conan’s parents calling from Melbourne. They were looking after Annie, our cat, and we’d been calling them every few days while we were away to see how she was going. She’s a bit of a scaredy-cat, so she’d basically been sleeping behind a cupboard the whole time, only coming out to eat and use her litter tray. Not an ideal situation, but it’s better than sending her to the kennels, with 50 other meowing cats!! :headache:

I guess Conan's parents' house wasn't like Disney World to Annie after all. :sad1:

So to know that Annie was being taken in her cage to her least-favourite place in the world by people she hardly knew, was just awful!!

Poor Annie...poor you!

To cut a long story short, the vet didn’t know what the sore was on Annie’s head. They didn’t seem to think it was anything too serious – PHEW! – but they didn’t know exactly what it was. Huh. Silly vet. But they prescribed some antibiotics for her, which Conan’s Dad had to give Annie twice a day.

Phew is right! But Conan's poor dad...kitties do not like pills!

We took her to the vet when we got back to Melbourne and our nice vet said the sore was probably a skin irritation that older cats get sometimes when they’re stressed or away from home, and that it would probably disappear gradually, which it has! Yayyyy!

Who knew??? :confused3

Dinosaur is SO bumpy and jerky!! I forgot that!! Whew! It certainly woke us both up a bit though, and distracted us from our worried feeling for 5 minutes. Yay!

Amen, sister!

And it was good news!! Annie wasn't too stressed about taking her medication apparently, and the sore on her head seemed to have dried up a bit! Yayyyyyyyy!!!! She was still hiding behind the cupboard, but the night before, she had actually walked out to the lounge room and snuggled up next to Conan's brother on the couch! Awwwww!

Hearing the good news was like a horrible big weight had been lifted off my shoulders. And that sick feeling in my tummy disappeared! Yayyyyyy!! Seriously, it was just such a relief. And just a really nice feeling to know that Annie was doing okay! :yay:

We had big plans that night - we were off to dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table! And now, after hearing the good news, we could actually enjoy our night! Yayyyyyyy!!!

What a nice happy ending to a rough couple of days. :goodvibes

In my plans, I'd written that we would catch the boat to Magic Kingdom that night - but whoops! We totally forgot about that and went on the bus instead!! I forgot a few things like that during our time at Disney - all these great plans, then I forgot all about them! Heh!! It's all just so exciting and busy at Disney, it's easy to forget sometimes! :confused3

I'm glad it isn't just me...:sad2:

We contemplated staying to watch it because.... shock, horror! We've never seen a Disney parade!! :scared1: We're just really not parade people.

Maybe you should try being IN a parade! :woohoo:

But seeing Cinderella standing there looking so pretty and regal in her big blue ballgown... I have to admit it, I got a little bit nervous!!

That gown is just beautiful, isn't it? I took a pic of Cinderella from behind, crouched down talking to a little girl, and it's just gorgeous.

Conan posed for a photo with a teeny-tiny Knight...

IMG_9615.jpg

That would have been a very small man. :rolleyes1

And here we are, sitting up at our table. These photos make me laugh - it looks like we've got our hands on a buzzer, ready to play a game show!!

No Whammies! No Whammies! :lmao:

OMG! What a darling picture of Cinderella & those little girls!!! :goodvibes That's what Disney is all about. :goodvibes

I know, so pretty!! Don't you just love those special little Disney moments!? Totally unplanned, but perfect!! :)

I'm catching up!!! :dance3:

You certainly are!!! Wow!! :surfweb:

Pluto better watch those whiskers...it looks like you're about to get poked in the eye!
Gawrsh, Goofy's gonna get you in the temple if you don't sit still!

I wonder what would have happened if I grabbed one of those whiskers. They look so grabbable!! And yes, sharp and pointy too!! Yeouch!!

First, you pushed the little red button on the ride at Universal...now you're bringing your camera on the boats...what's next???? :scared1:

I know! I'm such a rebel!!! :cool2:

You don't have brakes Conan!!! AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! :lmao:

Look oouuuuuut!!! :rotfl:

Glasses again! You should have worn them to Chef Mickey's to protect you from those deadly whiskers!!!

Hehee, I totally should have! I really hardly ever wore my glasses on our holiday - another rebellious thing to do!! ;)

I was very surprised I liked the Lego store as much as I did. I wish we had been able to spend more time in there. I would have liked to make a little Lego person.

I know! I liked it too!! Conan wanted to buy lots of stuff but the boxes are just so big, we never would have been able to bring it back to Australia! I didn't know you could make your own Lego man!! How cute!!

After all my planning to get to RR, we didn't go. :sad2: And I'm very sad about that. Hopefully next time! I'm glad you enjoyed it so much again. :thumbsup2

Booooo, that's sad you missed out on Raglan Road! Maybe when your girls are older. You can all go and drink lots of beers together. Heheheheee. :goodvibes

This wall is so pretty...and I never even noticed it!

Hehehheeee. You'll have to go back now and take a photo of the wall!

Hi Julie! I remember reading your first trip report way back in 07 and loved it so I was so happy to stumble upon this while working the midnight shift. I pretty much spent the whole 8 hours reading your dining report and this TR, they are both great! I can't wait to read about the rest of your trip! :goodvibes

Hey!! I remember you too!! I'm glad you stumbled upon my trip report! Wow, 8 hours of reading - you must be so sick of me by now!! :lmao: I'm glad I could keep you occupied during your midnight shift though. Thanks for saying hi and for joining in again!!

Your PP photos came out great! I can completely relate to dining at CRT just to be inside the castle...we're guilty of that too. It's definitely the best when you leave dinner and the park is closed down and you can take your time strolling to the entrance and snapping pics. I love soaking up the atmosphere and ending the night that way.

It's lovely, isn't it?! I think eating late in the castle is definitely the way to go - we didn't feel rushed at all, and everybody seemed very relaxed. Not like the crazy busy reports I read about CRT at all!

Aww...those pictures of Cinderella with the little girls and the fireworks gave me goosebumps. And I'm not a huge Cinderella fan, either. :rotfl: Seriously--small feet. How much of a talent is that, really? I'm probably just bitter because I have enormous feet, myself.

I'm so glad Annie was doing better and you were able to enjoy your evening in the MK.

Great updates--I can't wait to find out what you did next!

This is the cutest towel animal thingie that I've ever seen.

What about the elephant!? I thought that was even cuter than the swans!! And wait til you see what we got the next day - wow!!! Did you get towel animals?

I guess Conan's parents' house wasn't like Disney World to Annie after all. :sad1:

Awwww, no. No it wasn't!! Poor Annie! She really liked Conan's brother though. I guess he reminded her of Conan!

Poor Annie...poor you!
Phew is right! But Conan's poor dad...kitties do not like pills!

We were actually a bit lucky - the vet gave Annie some liquid medicine instead. Conan's Dad just had to use a little dropper thing to suck up the right amount of medicine, put it inside Annie's mouth, and whoosh! Still not very nice, but better than tablets. :headache:

Maybe you should try being IN a parade! :woohoo:

Well!! We can't all be lucky enough to be chosen for a parade, Trixie!!! Celebrities!! :rolleyes1

That gown is just beautiful, isn't it? I took a pic of Cinderella from behind, crouched down talking to a little girl, and it's just gorgeous.

The bow on the back is a whopper though, isn't it!? Hehee. But yes, it is a very pretty blue gown!

No Whammies! No Whammies! :lmao:

Hehehheheeee!! Whammie!!! :lmao:

Trixie, thanks so much for all your funny comments! I loved them! It must have taken you ages to reply to all those photos - thank you!!

Yayyyy, Amy! You're back!! :yay:
Cinderella has small feet - and she can dust and clean too, don't forget!!! What a woman!! ;)
Thanks for your nice comments about Annie! Next chapter coming up now!! :surfweb:

I am glad you had a great night. What lucky little girls to be able to watch Wishes with Cinderella! However, Belle is also my favorite.

I hate leaving the Magic Kingdom for the last time of a trip, it is very sad. I am glad that you have some more fun ahead of you.

Hey... this is my 1000th post!! Yayyyy!! :yay:

So guess what we did the morning after after our magical night with Cinderella at Magic Kingdom!? We... slept in!!!

Not very exciting, I know. But it was fantastic!! We'd had a big couple of days worrying about Annie and not getting much sleep, so it was lovely to be able to sleep in and not worry about breakfast ADRs! This day was to be another of our scheduled days off. I made sure to put a couple of these lazy days into our planning - because in 2006 we didn't have any, and we were exhausted!! Lazy days are great sometimes!! :)

We had contemplated heading back to Animal Kingdom that morning though, since we really didn't get to see much of it the day before. We had three full days left at Disney World before we flew home. Our plans were to have this day as a day off, the next day was Epcot day, and then our last day was to be our Blizzard Beach day. We had a big think and chat about it though, and looked at the weather report - it was going to be cold, cold, cold the next few days! So eventually we decided to give Blizzard Beach a miss on our last day and go to Animal Kingdom then instead. That way, we could still have our lazy day today! Yayyyyy!

And so, we slept!! Lovely! Our huge king size bed was so comfy!! :thumbsup2 Eventually though, we hopped up, showered and got ready for the day. We were heading to the Grand Floridian Cafe for lunch, a restaurant I was looking forward to trying. We hopped on the Magic Kingdom bus, then caught the monorail around to the GF. Conan loves the monorail!!

Wow!! What a pretty resort! And what an amazing lobby! For some reason, the Grand Floridian Resort never really appealed to me. But seeing it in person, whew!! Beautiful! And guess what - I didn't even take one photo!! I don't know what that was about!

Actually, I do know what that was about. I really wasn't feeling well that day. I had horrible stomach pains and just felt really squirmy and icky. I was never physically sick - but I felt pretty rotten all day, and wished I could have curled up in bed all day! At first I just thought it was that worried feeling in my stomach - but no, it was more than that. I really hoped I wasn't getting a tummy bug - there was a horrible virus going around Disney while we were there, and I so hoped it wasn't that! But anyhoo, we still went to lunch. Conan was hungry, and I was happy to have a little nibble here and there!

It turned out to be quite a nice meal at the Grand Floridian Cafe. Except I had a chicken sandwich which smelt bad. Really bad. Heh. But apart from that, it was all good! Especially the desserts!! Conan chose this for us to share - the Celebration Sampler!!

IMG_9682.jpg

How pretty!!! And delicious, too!!

Before we left Australia, I had pre-ordered a Cinderella's Slipper Dessert to be delivered to us for dessert at the GFC too. I really didn't have much hope that my order would actually go through though - the person I spoke to on the phone seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, and our server on the day knew nothing about it either. Huh. She went to check out the back, and eventually came out with this...

IMG_9680.jpg

Yayyyyyy!!! Somehow my order really did get through!! Must be Disney magic!! So pretty!!

IMG_9681.jpg

So even though I really wasn't hungry and my tummy was swirling around, we gobbled down those desserts and totally enjoyed them! Definitely the highlight of our trip to the Grand Floridian Cafe! :dance3:

We contemplated what to do next on the our back to the WL... and decided on having a swim! It was actually a lovely sunny day. Still chilly, but not as cold as the previous days. Plus, we'd been there for 9 nights and we still hadn't used the pool! Terrible!! So to the pool it was!!

We had lots of fun in the pool! It was actually pretty busy, since it was the Saturday of the long weekend - Monday was Martin Luther King day. We took some photos with our underwater camera, which really didn't turn out very well. But they're kinda fun! I don't have a scanner, so I took photos of the photos for you all!! Hehee! Terrible quality, but at least it's evidence that we were actually in the Wilderness Lodge pool!

Conan having a nice swim!

Here I am!

IMG_0292.jpg

Conan coming (slowly!) down the slide!

IMG_0295.jpg

And here he is, doing the YMCA! See the people behind him? They were having a dance party for the kids, so Conan decided to join in!

IMG_0289.jpg

So basically, we just mucked around and had lots of fun! A nice relaxing way to spend an afternoon. :thumbsup2 We lazed around on the chairs afterward for a while too, and had some more refreshments from the bar! Yahoo!

My tummy was still gurgly, but perhaps a teeny bit better after a relaxing swim. Looking back now, I think my sore tummy was a mixture of lots of things - too much food, not enough water, worrying about Annie, and generally just feeling a bit run-down. But mostly, I'm sure it was to do with too much food!! The deluxe dining plan was really doing me in!! It was just SO much food. As I said in my dining reviews, it was great to be able to try lots of great new restaurants, but we wouldn't do it again. We were full all the time and it really did bad things to my stomach!!!

After a fun play in the pool though, we headed back up to our room and had a bit of a relax before getting ready to head to Epcot for the evening. Yep, more food - we had a dinner ADR at Chefs de France, and planned to watch Illuminations afterward. :thumbsup2

I'll tell you all about that in my next chapter!! It's 1.45am and I think I should go to bed!!

Yay-1000 posts!:cool1:

Sorry about your tummy aches. Not good to feel ill at Disney.

Mmm, that cinderella slipper looks so scrumptious!

When we go back to Disney (I hope!) I need to schedule a relaxing day into our plans as well. I always feel like I am under time constraints!

Sounds like a nice day! I always need a relaxing day on vacation too. Your body just gets so worn down!

Sorry to hear about your tummy! It is never fun to be ill while away from home. I am in the midst of reading your dining review and it is so helpful! I am debating whether DBF and I should do the deluxe dining plan but I am definitely thinking no. I think my stomach can't handle all that food either.

As for our Sydney trip (referring to your earlier response to my post), we just went to Sydney. We only had one week (terribe, I know!) so we didn't want to cram too much in. We are definitely planning another, longer trip to be able to go all over (i.e., Perth, Melbourne, Cairns - a lot of jet setting). I can see what you mean about Sydney being like Los Angeles. I felt comfortable there and that's probably why. The beaches were so much better than dirty L.A. beaches though! :thumbsup2

That slipper dessert looks scrumptious! I was considering an ADR at the GF just so I could surprise my Mom with it but I just couldn't fit it in. Next time!

Wow, those desserts look awesome. Just when I had all of my ADRs planned for Sept, you go & post those pics, now I'm going to have to add another night so we can eat at GF Cafe. How much was the slipper dessert? It would be a great surprise for DD, she loves white chocolate & raspberries.

Congrats on your 1000th post!

I can't believe that it's taken me a week to catch up! I'm at my family's house in Nebraska and I can't get to a computer as much as I would like to.
So happy to hear that your little fur baby, Annie, is doing well. It's so frustrating to know what to do for our pets when they're sick. They can't talk, so how are we to know what they need?
You had some pretty busy days in between now and my last post. I have to say that that picture of Cinderella watching the fireworks with those children is just priceless! You were right to say, how many of us can say that they had a personal viewing of fireworks with Cindy???
Looking forward to hearing about how your night at Epcot went!!!

Waaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!! School starts again tomorrow!!! :sad1:

Oh, it's okay really. I love teaching! But I love vacation too. I just don't like having to wake up early!! :teacher:

I am glad you had a great night. What lucky little girls to be able to watch Wishes with Cinderella! However, Belle is also my favorite.

I hate leaving the Magic Kingdom for the last time of a trip, it is very sad. I am glad that you have some more fun ahead of you.

The Cinderella slipper was scrumptious! Heh! I like that word. Relaxing days are a must-do during any vacation, I reckon - Disney included!! Especially when you're staying at a Disney resort - it's nice to have some time to play and explore the resort, too.

Sounds like a nice day! I always need a relaxing day on vacation too. Your body just gets so worn down!

Oooh, don't let me deter you from doing Deluxe Dining! If you're a great eater and can squeeze a lot of food in, it could be excellent! It was just too much for us though.
It's definitely tricky to fit a vacation into 1 week, isn't it? Sydney's a fun place to visit though, so it's great you got to go there! The beaches are pretty good in Sydney... We went to Venice beach while we were in LA in 2006 and we had fun there too though!

That slipper dessert looks scrumptious! I was considering an ADR at the GF just so I could surprise my Mom with it but I just couldn't fit it in. Next time!

I think it's good to leave something at Disney for "next time" - it just means you'll definitely have to go back again!! :yay:

Wow, those desserts look awesome. Just when I had all of my ADRs planned for Sept, you go & post those pics, now I'm going to have to add another night so we can eat at GF Cafe. How much was the slipper dessert? It would be a great surprise for DD, she loves white chocolate & raspberries.

Congrats on your 1000th post!

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the Slipper dessert was around $15. I thought that was pretty good, for a specially made beautiful dessert like that! And it really was delicious. A fun special treat! Your DD would love it, especially if she loves white chocolate and raspberries! :woohoo:

I can't believe that it's taken me a week to catch up! I'm at my family's house in Nebraska and I can't get to a computer as much as I would like to.

Glad you got to catch up!! :cheer2:
You're right about feeling frustrated when our pets are sick - I so wish I could have chatted to Annie on the phone to ask how she was going! Hehee, silly!
We definitely had some busy days... but some nice relaxing days too, which was good! I'll start my night at Epcot chapter now! :surfweb:

So when I last left off, we were having a little relax in our room before heading to Epcot for the evening. Oooh, and look who was waiting for us in our room!!

IMG_9693.jpg

So cool! We loved our little monkey! We called him Manny the Monkey and added him to our growing towel animal collection!!

At around 4.30, we headed out and caught the bus to Epcot. But bad news - I really had a bad stomach ache. Before that, it had felt a bit yucky and queazy - but it had now turned into a fully fledged stomach ache. Ick. I really wasn't in the mood for dinner - or anything really!! I really just felt like curling up under the covers in bed. But... we had another ADR to get to!! I was determined to use our Deluxe Dining credits!! :headache:

Epcot was probably our least favourite park when we went to Disney in 2006. It has some great rides (like Soarin' and Test Track), but it just seems so vast and kinda empty! And dare I say it... a little bit dull!! I just didn't feel the Epcot love in 2006. We really wanted to explore it more this time - especially World Showcase, which we only saw a teeny bit of last time. This night, we planned to eat at Chefs de France and go drinking around the World, before Illuminations!! But would my stomach handle it?! Aghhh!

When we arrived at Epcot, we stopped for the obligatory Photopass shots near Spaceship Earth...

image165.jpg

See my Boo top?! I just have to show it off. I made it on Zazzle!! I was so proud of myself. Hehee. It's a website where you can choose your own image and writing on your top, then they print it and send it to you. I made two tops - this Boo shirt, and another one which I'm wearing in the next chapter! I just love Boo, from Monsters Inc. She's just so cute!! Conan and I watched Monsters Inc together not long after we started dating, and from then on, he's always called me "Boo". So I just had to make a Boo shirt!!

Cuddles!!!

image173.jpg

We didn't get very far before I had to stop and take a photo of Conan...

IMG_9702.jpg

And a close-up!

IMG_9703.jpg

From there, we headed straight to the World Showcase. We were also heading to Epcot the next day for the whole day, so there was no mad rush to do all the rides that night. That night was to be our World Showcase exploration!! :yay:

So we wandered through Future World and headed towards Canada. Before we had left Australia, I'd printed out a big list of all the drinks we wanted to try in the World Showcase... and do you know what? My aching stomach didn't want me to have any!! :sad2:

I'm not going to go into great detail here, because otherwise this whole chapter will go something like this. "We walked through Canada, and my stomach hurt and I had to sit down." and... "Then we walked through the UK and my stomach still hurt." Basically, just know that my stomach really ached with a horrible crampy, queazy feeling, and we didn't have any drinks at all!! :scared1: Seriously, it was all I could do to keep walking without having to sit down every 2 minutes. Booooo. Feeling terrible at Disney sucks!!! :guilty:

After stumbling around WS for a while, we eventually headed to France for our ADR at Chefs de France! Here I am in France. Can you see my aching tummy? No. But you can see my Boo top!!! Hooray!

IMG_9704.jpg

So Chefs de France was nice, but I don't think we'd go back again. There was nothing bad about it in particular, but there was nothing truly fantastic either - and there's just so many other restaurants in Epcot to try! The highlights of my meal though, were definitely the Onion soup with the 68 pounds of melted cheese on top....

IMG_9708.jpg

And the fancy Mac & Cheese, with 72 more pounds of melted cheese!!

IMG_9714.jpg

I know what you're all thinking. "Julie's such an idiot!!! She had a queazy stomach, and she ate 688 pounds of cheese!?!" What can I say!? I love cheese!!! And I had waited so long to try these two dishes... I couldn't order something else just because of my stinkin' sore tummy!!!

Of course, I regretted it later. Heh. If you were walking around World Showcase later that night and saw a strange girl in a Boo top holding her stomach, bending over and groaning, that was me. Yep. Not fun.

But I soldiered on!! We were in Disney World, by gosh!! And I wasn't about to be defeated by my stomach!! We still had lots of time before Illuminations started, but I knew I couldn't stomach any alcohol. Conan was full from dinner too and didn't feel like anything else either, so we skipped the drinks and went for a slow wander instead.

We wandered back the way we came, through the UK and Canada again, and headed across to Mexico. It seemed shorter than going all the way around the World Showcase! Our mission? The Gran Fiesta boat ride thingy!!! :woohoo:

There was a 10 minute wait for the ride - not too bad, really! The ride was fun, but kinda weird. I really can't remember much about it actually, and I think that's because I didn't really understand what was going on throughout the ride! Heh! Nevertheless, it was dark and I got to sit down for a while. That always good!!

Next up, we popped in next door to Norway, and rode Maelstrom! We waited about 20 minutes to ride this, but that was okay. We both quite like Maelstrom! It's fun and bizarre!

It was time then to find a spot for Illuminations. Places were filling up pretty quickly - but we found a great spot in front of the fence near Mexico. Yay! Nice and close to the park exit for afterwards, too. And so, we waited! Brrr, it was chilly that night! And you'll all be pleased to hear that I made a trip to the bathroom and afterwards, started to feel a bit better!! Yayyy!

Here we are, waiting for Illuminations to start...

IMG_9725.jpg

It finally started with a bang! Kapow!

IMG_9728.jpg

Illuminations is so pretty!! We saw it in 2006, but I really couldn't remember much about it for some reason. I was looking forward to seeing it again. And look, there's Australia!! See!?

IMG_9736.jpg

Pretty fireworks!!

IMG_9741.jpg

More pretty fireworks!!

IMG_9749.jpg

I like this part. Doesn't it just remind you of sci-fi movies when the alien spaceship opens up and zaps out a huge lazer beam of light!? No? Maybe just me then.... :rolleyes1

IMG_9750.jpg

And the finale!! So many bright fireworks that nobody can see anything apart from the smoke! Yayyyyyy!!!

IMG_9752.jpg

Heheee, seriously, I really enjoyed Illuminations this time. The fireworks were amazing! I'm so glad we stayed to watch it!

We didn't hang around afterwards though - we joined the mad rush for the exit and waited in line for the WL bus. And waited. And waited. And waited. Oh dear! I think that was actually the longest we waited for a bus throughout our time at Disney - probably a 25 minute wait. Which is frustrating when all the other resort buses seem to be coming and going like flies!! Especially Pop Century buses - there seems to be more buses to Pop than any other resort, I'm sure of it!! Heh!!

Anyway, we eventually made it home to WL, and I finally got to curl up under the covers for a big sleep! Yay! On one hand, I was glad that we still got to do some rides, enjoy dinner, and see Illuminations, but on the other hand, I was disappointed that we didn't even get to have one drink around the World! Not even a Grey Goose Slushie in France!! :guilty:

But oh well... there was always the next day! We were off to Epcot again the next day!! Yayyyy!! Would my tummy be better!? Would we get to have lots of drinks!? I'll tell you all about it the next chapter!! :goodvibes

Chefs de France looks so yummy! I can't wait to try that fancy mac and cheese you had in only 28 days! I am a mac and cheese addict so of course I have to order. I will just make sure not to get the cheesy soup as well. ;)

So cool! We loved our little monkey! We called him Manny the Monkey and added him to our growing towel animal collection!!

Yep, you're right, that one is ever cuter than the swans with Chip and Dale. :cutie:

I know what you're all thinking. "Julie's such an idiot!!! She had a queazy stomach, and she ate 688 pounds of cheese!?!" What can I say!? I love cheese!!! And I had waited so long to try these two dishes... I couldn't order something else just because of my stinkin' sore tummy!!!

I would have done the exact same thing (even ordering the exact same thing)! :thumbsup2 It's not like you can just pop over to Chef's de France on a whim some Saturday night.

And you'll all be pleased to hear that I made a trip to the bathroom and afterwards, started to feel a bit better!! Yayyy!

I'm so relieved! :lmao:

Here we are, waiting for Illuminations to start...

Seriously...do the two of you EVER take a bad picture? You're such a photogenic couple! Not meant in a weird creepy stalkerish way, of course. :upsidedow

And look, there's Australia!! See!?

My girls flipped out then they saw the kangaroos hopping on Australia on the globe during the show. :goodvibes

Your pictures of Illuminations are really, really good! Do you think I could "borrow" some? I didn't take any, I think because DH videotaped the whole thing. DH even bought me a tiny little tripod for Christmas, just for taking fireworks pics and I never used it. :headache: But yours turned out great and you didn't have a tripod, did you?

I'm really getting sad that your trip is almost over. I mean, of course your trip has been over for a while, but I'm sad that the report is almost over.
Could you just s-t-r-e-t-c-h it out longer somehow?

:rockband:

Awww, sorry you were feeling poorly Julie! I hope you were 100% better for the next day!

Love the boo top!! :cutie:

So when I last left off, we were having a little relax in our room before heading to Epcot for the evening. Oooh, and look who was waiting for us in our room!!

Awwww, your monkey is just too cute! Also, I love your pictures of Illuminations. You had a great viewing spot. Sorry you weren't feeling well, its the worst being sick at Disney. Can't wait to read the next installment. :yay:

Love the Boo top and the cute lil' monkey!!:cutie:

Where did you guys stand for Illuminations? We'll be there in 9 days and I love that spot where you stood!! :thumbsup2
