Had a terrible experience this morning when trying to book a culinary and wine demo. Called right at 9am, and did not finish the call until 9:30am. Seems as if training might have been lacking for the agents since first I was told they weren't booking these and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, was on hold for 10 minutes. Agent came back and said her supervisor walked her through how to book these. I got what I wanted, but it was a bit painful.
