Had a terrible experience this morning when trying to book a culinary and wine demo. Called right at 9am, and did not finish the call until 9:30am. Seems as if training might have been lacking for the agents since first I was told they weren't booking these and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, was on hold for 10 minutes. Agent came back and said her supervisor walked her through how to book these. I got what I wanted, but it was a bit painful.![]()
I booked mine this morning and they told me these events were at the Welcome Center.
Does anyone know do we pick up these tickets somewhere or do we just check in and our names are on a list or something like that?
and that would be located where in epcot?and that would be located where in epcot?
doesn't mean you were being facetious, the answer is -
I think she meant DVC units?
If I didn't have any better perks to announce to members than these, I would have just kept my mouth shut and done nothing. These are all fine and well if you're going to F&W (We do every other year but probably not this year.) and you attend the seminars ($$$) but to me, it's muchado about nothing.
It's just like the so-called perks abut Lion King on Broadway. So what! I guess it's OK if you want to save $20 (Not sure what it actually was/is but nothing relative to a trip to NYC to visit Broadway.) while attending a Broadway show and all but it's insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
All I see out of these kinds of so-called announcements is the "throw the natives a cheap bone because they're getting restless" attitude and for my part, I'd just as soon they do nothing as to present nothingness as something earth-shattering.
Just MHO.
