Late Summer/Early Fall Incentives

If we're placing bets, I'm going to say overall the same but maybe one resort gets a flash sale or heavier promo so Disney can throw up some big numbers for the summer to offset any slowdown in the parks. I do NOT think that resort will be RIV, but maybe it will be VDH or AUL, with a lower but possible chance of PVB?

Here’s hoping. But like others, I think DVD has trouble reading the room and most incentive packages will be slightly worse. But again, hoping.

I thought the weak incentives at the Poly would remain the same. But they’re worse. Ok, let’s look at the resale sites.

Riv is 24 off at 150 and was 12. 26 off at 200 and was 24. We had friends buy 200 last week at Riv thinking they may rewrite. They are AP so question is if they doesn’t apply then got worse at the 200 level
I’m seeing something else there. Maybe I haven’t seen the updates yet???

How are you seeing this?? 24 is pretty good for RIv 150

Assuming D23 exists but passholder does not, the cost of 150 points at Riv (with estimated closing costs) went from $33,348 to $32,548, almost $1,000 less. If the AP carries over or any other incentives are out there, it's definitely a better move!

Question for those who have been in this longer - if we had mentally committed to the old deal at the Riv, now the new is better - it would be best to wait until August to pay less dues right? Are they prorated by day or by month?
