I'm definitely better, but not 100% yet. I still needed a motrin this afternoon for my throat, but it is not anywhere close to the pain from last week this time.

Well, better's good To be honest, I was kind of surprised when you said your doctor prescribed you antibiotics... They don't work on viruses. That's more than likely why he told you to wait a few days before filling (and paying for) it. It's good that you're getting better, though! Being sick really sucks

It sure does! I'm not one to get sick often so I feel so frustrated when it happens.

As long as drugs are involved! Just popped another motrin! I've been trying not to take the motrin, but within 2-3 hours or so of skipping it I start to feel that tightness in my throat again. I guess the fact that I'm going past the usual six hours is saying something. It's just a sloooooow road!
