Thanks-I think the end is fast approaching and I hope DH is ready for this![]()
-Everyone is living in denial about her illness-saying how good it is that she lost so much weight-when all I can she is the disease taking over-I've seen this all before when I use to work on the cancer floor with adults-never a good sign when they have rapid weight loss![]()
Yeah, some of us don't intend to let you get as far ahead this time!![]()
It's going to be so hard on your DH! How are her kids doing? Do they understand what's going on?
Not bad...glad to see everything is back to normal. How are you?

Yep-They know all about the process cancer takes since I try to keep them informed about the changes they see in her whenever we get the chance to see her-so I think they're aware
DH is too-it's just not going to be easy as it never is especially when someone is so young or older-always hard to say goodbye![]()
It is difficult. How old are the kids? My mom passed away when I was 13 from cancer. I've been there.![]()

Her daughter is only 7-it will be really hard for her and mine are teenagers so they have a better concept of what is going on-her daughter doesn't and it's been a rough 2 yrs already
