good for you ness!!! Our district gives a yearly stipend ($2000) in addition to the salary step if you get NBC. I'm doing admisitration work so I don't get the stipend anymore.

I could use an additional $2000 a year on top of the 12% pay raise! We're too busy here trying to build a gazillion new schools, but it would be very nice! I will do my first video tape next week. I've already written Entry 1. I am happy to have at least gotten that far, but I still have a waaaaays to go!!
