I know the answer. They just took away the School Budget line item and replaced it with Lotto money. So the schools are NOT getting any extra like it was originally stated.

It was a slight of hand trick on the voters. Oh and all the billboards keep telling us 19 billion to the schools. Oh yeah, than why in the heck is our school board 40 million in the hole and they are going to close schools first and than get rid of school programs?

...that's terrible....

One of the guys that works here, his son bought the software that does this kind of thing. You can in all your pictures and it puts them in place to make the second picture. Very cool stuff.

Very expensive though.
