Our has done a little chewing when she was around 5 months -But since then we put her in a kennel anytime we aren't home-or I'm asleep during the day(usually less than 4 hrs)

we even started letting her stay out now for quick trips to the store/picking up the kids and she's been doing so much better!!!

Yup, most of the chewing happened around 6-8 months old. He's been better now, but we just haven't gotten around to fixing everything yet.

Now we're trying to get him to stop jumping on us when we come home. This is new stuff, and NOT acceptable!

I cured mine from a hint fromthe "Marley and I" book-a swift knee right to the chest(solar-plex?) and she hasn't jumped up on me since-now to get her not to jump on the kids

in the book it was hilarious-the guy has a friend come over and he knees the dog so hard he knocked the wind out of him-he says I said scare him not kill him
-but he never jumped up on people again-so it has to be a pretty sharp blow to be effective

That is a nickname given to me by the Riddle folks. I post on the daily riddle, and a few months ago, we somehow got on the talk about worms, and they gave me the name. I don't even remember the exact conversation, but it has stuck ever since.

They are now propagating it, I see, though I have been told the tag is only temporary.

Oh well, some others are worse!!!
