I’m going to a friend’s annual holiday party on Saturday. He texted me a recipe for eggnog cheesecake with no note. Pretty sure that is a hint! We’ll see if I have time tomorrow to make it.

Here are my trays for our family Christmas celebration tomorrow (DS and family are headed out of state to DIL's family for Christmas).
The blank spot is where the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake bars will go (the are in the refigerator).
The snowman plate is gluten free for DD

Air fryer chex mix...chex peanuts bugles and white cheddar cheezits... love my air fryer. Only takes 15 minutes at 250...shaking every 5 minutes.

Last night was latke night. I have baked them in the past (and tried the air fryer) but they just never turn out right. So I went with traditional pan method this year…
