...I'm wondering if I should force myself to eat a little bit of PLAIN bagel without any cream cheese or butter, to settle my stomach...I started sipping a cup of tea at home, but I didn't finish it....:guilty:
 
...I could have - I have 12 sick days. However, It's so hard to take off and have to scramble to get work for all my students. I teach 6, 7, AND 8 grade math and I teach in different rooms, so there would probably be internal subbing for me, and when THAT happens, usually the work doesn't get done....it's really a bother and a pain....

Yeah, if I take off work, it seems like nothing gets done sometimes!

A plain bagel or some plain toast might be OK. At least it will get something in you.
 
...that's why it's not worth it....it becomes more of a hassle....I just want to make it through the day.....

...my DH made 2 slices of toast and a cup of tea for me yesterday - it took me almost 2 hours to force myself to eat the toast, but I HAD to so that I could take an Advil or aspirin, since I also had a fever.....I didn't want to take any meds on an empty stomach....
 
...I have to get some work done before the 2nd period bell rings - mebbe I'll go get a piece of bagel after all.....:confused3 and I'm not really hungry....
 
...I haven't eaten since Saturday - hey, mebbe I'll lose some weight....;)

Well, after catching up on the food thread (sorry, couldn't resist, Kathy :duck:) it's time for breakfast!
