Yeah, he had court yesterday, and he has to stay in jail for 45 days!! I had no idea the law was so strict here! I'm kind of glad though! My mom talked to him today, and he finally remembered what happend & she said he was crying and felt really awful about it. She said he asked her to tell me not to hate him. That he hates what he did & it is killing him to know how upset I am, but I can't help but being so angry!! I think this is the most angry I've ever been!

She hasn't really said much about it to me, but she talked to my mom, & my brother said he's talked to her. She seems to be much better, and my bro said he will do whatever she ask to make things right! I was sooo happy to hear that he said that!

45 days is a long time for a first offense! I'm sorry for all you're going through. Those 45 days will probably be rougher on you and his family than on him!

Yeah it is a long time! But I think he will really think about what happend! I think it will be good for him in the end. I'm praying this is a blessing in deep disguise!!
