The good news is that DH is going Full time soon

So it's all coming together now-the house and now we'll both be FT!!!

The weird thing is that DH will have to work a spilt shift-4hrs on-4hrs off and then 4 hours back on-Leave it to the Federal Gov't. to come up with something so strange

But DH doesn't care-he just wants FT and if this is the only way to get it -then he'll do it!!!

Those are weird hours! But I know how anxious both of you are for him to get full-time so I know you'll be able to make it work!

I had a really nice day out with my friend!!

First we went to Atlanta Bread Company for lunch. We both had cream of broccoli soup in a bread bowl. It was really good and surprisingly reasonable!

Then we did some shopping.

Then we went up to Kingsport (about 30 miles from where we were) to try to find a swimming pool dealer that we had gone to last year. Last year she was looking for a new hot tub. Right now DH and I are in the first stages of considering a pool. So she and I were gonna go look into some prices. Well, we couldn't find the place and we didn't exactly get lost but we ended up driving all over the place. (We ended up in VA twice off two seperate roads!) And it just seemed that the more we drove around looking, the funnier it was becoming. And we never did find it.

But that sure was a lot of driving so naturally we worked up an appetite. So on the way home we stopped at Olive Garden for dessert. Well, when the waitress put down the menus and they popped open to appetizer - well, I guess you know where this is going. We ended up with an appetizer I had never tried before...

And it was delicious!

And then, of course, we had to end the day with dessert! She had tiramisu...

and I had lemon creme cake...

It was a very nice day!!

Maybe tomorrow. Except when I go for lunc I always end up getting the soup, salad and breadstick with alfredo sauce.

Well, we finally got our offer in last night around 10:30pm!!! Now the counter-offer and then hopefully an accepted offer

My nerves are on end til all this is finalized!!!
