we want details! :listen:

I had to "mystery shop" a bank. I had to go into a certain bank here in town, ask about a checking or savings account, see if the banker offered any other products or gathered any info on me, get the bankers card and then do a report on it.

That would be nice -but we added a lot of things that needed to be fixed-there are 2 retaining walls that are falling apart(made from railroad ties) and we asked them to be replaced along with all the ugly wallpaper to be removed

But we'll see it was a decent offer-and they currently have 2 house payments because of this house not selling-so I'm hopeful!!!:wizard:

It was fine. I took them since I had an appointment for bloodwork. But since I don't have to go to town early in the morning today, tomorrow or Friday my friend that was taking them has offered to take them for the rest of the week! :cool1: She's been great. She works as a teacher's aid at the school so she's going anyway. She just goes a little earlier than we usually do but the boys don't mind and she's in the special ed dept so A.J. just hangs out with her and she keeps an eye on him for the little extra time before school starts.

I'm am finally starting to feel back to normal. I am so greatful that I ended up getting these two extra weeks off because it has really made a difference. And it's made a difference in my attitude as well. I feel that I'm going to be ready both physically and mentally to go back to work at the end of the month.

Yeah, they'll probably counter-offer but you can always hope that they'll just accept your offer.

When my parents bought our house down in FL in about 1971 the people were in the same position as your sellers of having two house payments. My dad made a ridiculous offer of almost half of what they were asking. The realtor said that the offer was so low he felt he couldn't even present it to the sellers. My dad told him that wasn't his place to decide. So the realtor made the offer and the seller turned him down flat. Then about two days later she came back to the realtor and accepted the offer - no counter offer! He had offered $39,000 and the asking price was $76,000!! You have to remember that was in about 1971 but that was for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath WATERFRONT house!!

That is really nice of her to help you and the boys out!!!:thumbsup2

So is your CPAP machine finally working right-did you ever get the right mask for it???

WOW!! You never can tell how desperate the seller is-we are only offering 10,000 less than the asking price-so it really isn't a bad price!!!

She's always there for us! She and I have been friends since 1991. She was the first friend I made after we moved up here.

I haven't started using it again yet. I got the new mask last week but just really wanted to wait until I was feeling like my old self again before I started using it again 'cause I know it's going to take a few nights to get used to it again and I've just haven't wanted to mess with it. But I plan to start back in the next few nights. I'll let you know once I start. I have high hopes.

Remember when I first got it I was disappointed 'cause I didn't see the major difference in the way I felt during the day that I thought I should. Well, that was probably because the infection from the kidney stone was already working on me and wearing me down. So, now I am very optimistic that I will be feeling a lot better during the day - at least I hope there'll be a much more noticable difference now.

Well I hope it works this time:wizard: -it will really help you to heal faster

-I worry about the your sleep study results-especially the low O2 levels-even if the infection was brewing -you could still be having low levels now and the CPAP machine will definately help you out in that department!!!

:wizard: :wizard:

That really isn't bad at all!

I hope they think so-I just know those retaining walls are going to cost a pretty penny to rebuild-and since we can't get any allowance for our home loan to get it fix ourselves we had to have the seller fix it-so we'll see!!!

I will get it set up and start using it again tonight. Thanks for worrying about me and for giving me a little push!

I just hope that this time it feels right and you start to really like it-I know a few people who just love they're machines and it will be worth trying again-if in the near future it makes you feel good

Good Luck with that!!!!!!

So many people say that they sleep straight through the night and absolutely love their machines because they feel so good the next day. I've never been able to sleep through the night because even if I was getting the mask comfortable before falling asleep as soon as I moved it was uncomfortable again. The respiratory therapist at the hospital told me that it was a mask problem and I just had to stick with it until I found a mask that was comfortable all night. Hopefully this new mask will be the one!

Thanks-I'm just a nervous wreck now and until the final approval comes in on our offer/loan!!!-- even though we are pre-approved-I just can't stop worrying!!!!

You sound just like I would be. I would not quit being nervous until I was actually moving into the house.

DH is opposite, very laid back. Oh well, if they don't accept our offer we'll find another house, if the financing falls through we'll find another lender, and I'm like - Are you nuts! Aren't you worried?? :lmao:
