I have been doing laundry all day.

How do we have so much laundry? I do it everyday, but it seems to just multiply and multiply!

Like you said - multiplication games on a snow day.

I just made a Doctors appt for Catie and she has to get shots too-the new cervical cancer shot-and I just found out it's a series of 3 shots ,Caties not too pleased about that

Hi Kathy!!! So how's Horton working for you-is the jury still out???

Well, the jury is STILL our. The mask does not fit right so I have not had a good night's sleep yet. The mask cuts into the bridge of my nose and it is actually bruising. I called today and they are going to send out another one tomorrow - a little different style and the next larger size.

Plus, I have an abcessed tooth (can we say pain and swelling?? ) so the pain has interferred with my sleep too.

I was really expecting so much and I'm so disappointed. Those couple of hours in the hospital when they had me on the machine made me realize how great I could feel so I was hoping for some immediate results. They say that it sometimes takes some time to get used to the mask but I don't feel that this is a matter of getting used to it. The mask that I used in the hospital didn't hurt at all and I slept fine so I feel this is just a problem with the mask. Hopefully once I get another mask it will fit well and I will get to truly test out how the machine works for me!

Try being the one giving the Shot!!!! I had to give a 9yo a shot of penicillin last night and that stuff is nasty and thick-so after you stick the needle in you have to count to almost 20 before I get done pushing the medicine in I hate giving that shot!!!!

That shot would kill me. Seriously one little shot would put me in the ground.

Well, I don't know if they're going to move me or not. The one manager I talked to last night said they would. I basically told her it's somewhere else or I go. I really, really can't take it anymore.

I hope Kathy is doing OK with her new CPAP machine-I hear that it can take awhile to get use to-and she said that 1st night that the "jury was still out"

Well, we got a snow, actually, a cold day today with a high of 17 F. Tonights low is 6 F. They've already given us a 2 hour delay, so I'm happy. I should probably do my homework now...
