I thought things were shut down the 1-17th but they are still passing ROFR. Is it just closings that are on pause during this time?

I wonder how many people will be okay with this fee, if it takes the old ROFR timeframe to under a month????

I think everyone will accept it come early next year. For me it would be the quicker time for loading points not ROFR. I hated that the previous owner still had access to MY points for so long after closing. It was a huge stress.

I believe that they won’t process new member IDs or loading points. It causes quite a log jam.

I think ultimately they would like to buy back all resale points and resell them directly.

Only at the right price.

The general rule of thumb in the timeshare industry is that the "cost of inventory" is at most somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of the total cost of the product you are selling.
