I'd love to meet up. Hopefully we'll have time. We're planning on driving down on a Thursday, having Friday and Saturday there, and driving back on Sunday. Quick trip but we can accomplish a lot if we plan right. The main reason for the trip is for Heather to see where we used to live. She has always wanted to go back there and see our old neighborhood and stuff like that. DH has no interest in going back there so DD and I have always said we were going to make a girl's trip. Well, I want to do the trip before she gets married. - We'll be staying with our friends that always spend the summer up here. (She was actually my mom's friend and has kids my age. Her one daughter is the one that always comes here for Thanksgiving.) So, we'll be visiting with all of her family, too.

How are the wedding plans coming along?

So far, surprisingly smooth! We have the church reserved. The hall that I want is available and they have us pencilled in. DD is coming up Thursday to see the hall in person and if she likes it we'll reserve it then. DD has seen pics of it and she (and her fiance) both like it from the pics. It is where my friend and I catered my manager's reception last June.

DD has a dress in mind and I like it. And I found some bridesmaid's dresses and DD liked them. Uh, so far we're agreeing on most everything (except for alcohol at the reception - and although she's not thrilled DH and I have won that arguement.)

we have another day off of school here.

I wish we did! It was bitter cold here today (at least for us) and tomorrow is supposed to be even colder. I'd rather just have the kids stay home. Oh, well!

Yea, I'm hoping for another snow day. Well, cold day.

We are suppose to get 2-5 inches tommorow night, but nothing tonight, so kinda hoping that it stays cold enough to cancell school three days in a row.

Kathy it really sounds like a wrong fitting mask which now not only doesn't help you breath better,but is causing a bruise!!!

You slept so well in the hospital since the Respiratory therapist helped fit the right mask on you-it's really too bad that they didn't get it right-But really hang in there and hopefully soon you will find the right sized mask and proper fit!!!

You really will like it once you get all the adjusting done-so when do you get the new mask??? Soon I hope!!!!

I think I might wait another year for Catie to get that shot since there is so much controversy about the costs -Hopefully by the time she starts 8th grade it will all be worked out and more readily available-we'll see!!!!

We have the furnace guy coming back out today. The humidifier is not working at all. The humidity level is 20 in the house. We can get it up to 40 with just a pot of water. they better get that fixed. T woke up with a bloody nose yesterday!
