it has been a hard week with my DGF

no update yet this AM
just last night when they said he wouldn't wake up

My Mom will be going down around 9 or so

I work all day again so i will update tonight

this Full time stuff is not for me

Good it was all about Internet Safety and our children.

All about Sexual Predators and crimes kids are committing on the internet.

I wish our PTSO would do something like that! It is so important!!

Had to come back and check on how Kathy made out today
I was concerned

DH is home from seeing DGF

my cousin and uncle were there too
they tried to wake him up to eat and he wouldn't wake up

DH told them to leave him alone
he was at peace sleeping and what good would waking him do??

The end is definalty here

Now back to bed for hopefully a few hours
of sleep

I talked to my Dad this AM
they met with the Funeral home place and
have it all set some family are MAD cause no wake
but that is how DGF wanted it

just a church service
cemetary and
reception

he wanted us to celebrate his life not
dwell on his death

seems weird to be doing it while he is stilll here though

You're DH is being so great through all of this.

Yup and I know how hard it is on him
his Dad died almost 3 years ago so the memeories are still fresh

and DH's grandfathers died when he was a kid
so after 18 years with my family DGF is his Grandfather
but he is being so strong for all of us
and very protective of DGF and his wishes
