it was such a LONG day at work and I was only there 5 hours

my mom gave me all her old cake decorating stuff, so I may try some of that out (like the kind of stuff Kliz knows how to do)...the other thing I wanted to try was making cakes with ice cream like they sell at Baskin Robbins....it would be really cool actually, since I have a big freezer and could do them ahead of time instead on the party day

Now that would be cool! they have those dome pans you can order on TV that you put the ice cream in one part and bake the cake in the other, I want to buy on so I can make one, but I won't b/c I bought springform pans to make cheese cake and still haven't made any

my DSis has those pans...I have a checkboard cake set that is pretty cool...we have used it a few times. the last time we did it, the family got to choose...so the cake was chocolate and strawberry cake checker board and vanilla frosting...sort of like neopalitin (sp?) ice cream.

It figures! I started my diet today. No cake for me. It's 6:30 and I haven't cheated all day!
