Well then it is a good thing you have know him for forever, right? Besides, you are currently single and waiting for him to make a move, why not try something different and you be the one to call him....maybe he is waiting for you and is nervous himself could you ask him to a movie (no dinner)...just say that Andie and Art went to see Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and since you didn't go with them and they have already seen it you thought maybe he (Albert) would like to go with you? If you go to a movie and not dinner, it will be easier...at dinner you would need to make small talk, but at a movie you only "need" to talk to him while waiting for the movie to start and after the movie To qoute every Adam Sandler movie, "YOU CAN DO IT!"
