Last Day...Half Day?

My family and I will be at Disney World Easter Week. We arrive Thursday, April 13 at midnight(only a 3 hour flight). Any suggestions for park activity on Friday. Also, our last day is Saturday, April 22. Our plane leaves at 3:15 in the afternoon and we need to be at the airport at around 1:30. Any suggestions for that last day? Or will we be to "pooped out"?

If it was me, I'd plan a relaxing breakfast/brunch (for us that's often a character meal at one of the hotels) and then walk around somewhere - DTD or one or two of the hotels I hadn't seen yet. I prefer not to burn a park-day on my ticket for just a morning. Some people spend the last morning hanging out at the resort pool, but I just prefer to know my packing is done - I pack up and drop the bags off with the bell desk, then head out, returning to pick up the bags and catch transport back to the airport. Mini-golf might be another option.....

On our last day at WDW we got up had breakfast at hotel, went and walked around DTD had lunch and headed off to airport by 1pm. It was a really nice way to end our trip.
