Ladies and Gentleman this will be the new promotion for 2013,

I think I am going to go ahead and book room right after the holidays. I've been crunching numbers too ... and obviously.. FD would be a much bigger savings with 8 of us going and most of them being teenagers, lol (18,18,16,15,12,and 4) + dh and myself. but... I'll take what I can get.

Not sure if this has been answered or not but what time can we call reservations on Jan 3 to inquire about the offers?

a little confused with the spreadsheet so would anyone mind checking if Apr 13th to the 20th is $195 night at POR standard room? I think it might be but wanted to check if I was reading it right? Thank you so much!

If I understand this document correctly, April 14 - 18 are $173/night for two adults, and April 13th and April 19-20 are $195/night. For April 14-18, those rates are on page 3. I'm not near a calendar, but they must be weeknights.

It´s like a room only offer the only difference is that you can buy tickets with a discount if you book a room, the prices are different in the different times frames during the offer and like always weekends are more expensive too, hope these helps :thumbsup2

Thank you !!! :goodvibes

it´s up to 30 % no difference betwen value and deluxe, it´s change by resort and room type but not by category, sorry but I don´t know that about the tickets :thumbsup2

still not sure I understand what the distinction of Category and how that differs from room type :confused3 sorry :(

I currently have two ressies booked (one at Pop and one through a third party for a one bedroom villa at Bonnet Creek). As an AP holder I usually use an AP discount and stay at a moderate though. I just ran the numbers for 20%, 25%, and 30% off. I can still get a one bedroom villa at Bonnet Creek cheaper than I could a Value with a 30% discount. I don't need park tickets and was planning to rent a car anyway. Bonnet Creek is right on property and closer to some of the parks than alot of the WDW resorts. Hmm, a tiny, crowded, one room hotel room at Pop vs a large one bedroom villa with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two TVs, separate bedroom with king size bed, nice walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, nicer pools, pool slides, two lazy rivers, mini course, buses to the parks if I decide I don't want to drive and the much nicer Deluxe villa is still cheaper than a Value room, much less a Moderate ($895.00 for ten nights/eleven days at Bonnet Creek vs $1032.00-$1215.00 at Pop depending if the discount is 20%-30%). Compared to a moderate, a one bedroom at Bonnet Creek is $895.00 for ten nights vs $1599.00-$1827.00 at CSR, again depending on a 20%-30% discount. Think I'm staying at Bonnet Creek this trip. Even the AP discounts won't be able to beat the deal I have now at Bonnet Creek.

Now isnt that something to think about!!!! thanks looking into Bonnet Creek right now! Do they have a food court?

i can give all of you this:

hope that I can do this if I can´t please moderators cancel the link

that i have made with pleasure, now you have the tools....:thumbsup2

you are so very helpful.. thank you so much!!!! :cheer2::grouphug::cheer2::grouphug:

I am trying to read the chart but can't open it fully (won't scroll down) and it is opening very small that I can't read what I can open.

Could someone maybe the OP please help me.

My family is taking us so I want to help them if this is a better deal than what we have. Right now we have a pin for 30% off room.

Can anyone tell me what this will come to with this new discount.

May 13-20. POR royal guest room GV. Room one - 2adults 2children ages 3 and 5. 2nd room 2 adults. What would room and tickets for room 1 cost and room and tickets for room 2 cost. Is there any discount for dining or just the room and the tickets?

TIA!

When you open you have to zoom to make the pages bigger then you can stroll down to read each page.

I can't find the link to the room rates anymore? Or am I missing something? Could someone pls repost it or pm me? Thanks.

Thank you but I tried that. I can't scroll down on the page and can't zoom as it gets blurry and doesn't clear up. I am using my nook. My computer is down right now.

The same thing is happening to me. I can read the chart (sorta) but it's very very blurry. I've been accessing through either my iPhone or iPad though and not a laptop so maybe that's the problem. idk ...

Hi my friends. one mistery is resolved, the tickets are discounted from 4 days and up, for that reason one 3 days ticket is more expensive than a 4 days or 5 days ticket, nothing is wrong with the chart that i have posted, and how you must buy 4 nigths of a room with this offer at least to qualify for buy the discounted tickets so you must buy more than 4 days of tickets if you want they heavy discounted too. If you look the price of a 5 day basic ticket for example is a good difference betwen rack rate and the offer price for that reason some members have a good discount compared with teir reservations rack rate and some don´t have a discount at all. :goodvibes

If someone has the chance to help me out I would appreciate it. I am looking at June 7-14, Beach Club garden view being my first choices and AK or WL second choice. I cannot figure out if the price includes the tickets, I know that this has probably been answered and I I have neem following the thread but I am confused. There would be 2 adults and 2 kids... With Plus Dining ...Thanks!

Thank you Danny for all your help and continued updates. I appreciate everything you've done for us here on the DIS. :thumbsup2

Merry Christmas!!! :santa:

The chart Danny has posted is the nightly room rate with taxes included. I read Beach Club garden view as $349 per night for 2 adults for your dates. There is no additional charge for children under 18 in your room, so no charge for the kids.

The tickets are priced seperately & those prices are in Danny's first post on page 1. Pick how many days per ticket and what options you want & he has the adult & child's prices all listed.

Multiply your room rate & dining plan costs x 7 (no discount on dining plan)
add ticket prices = total cost

(I can't do your math since I don't know what type tickets you want or your kids ages for dining & tickets. )
