Just wanted to give Carlton Hudson a great big "thank you" for a great big surprise on my birthday while visiting HRH last week. My hubby emailed him a few days before our trip, without my knowledge, to say I would be having a birthday while there. He just asked for it to be noted on our reservation & maybe the staff could wish me a Happy B'Day. Well, much to our surprise, after returning from seeing BMG ( great show,BTW) we walked into our room to find a beautifully decorated huge B'Day cake, balloons, a bag of candy, card & a HRH t-shirt. 
This is why we love this resort & why we have been coming back year after year. Just received my survey & made sure I noted it, I also emailed him to give additional thanks & I'll do it here as well, Thank You Carlton for the best B'Day ever!

this was the first time my b'day fell during vacation. The hotel was packed, nothing new there for the summer, but we never had trouble with getting a prime spot at the pool. We never had more than a 10 min wait in express, we timed it because of the recent post about express. The park crowds were huge, again nothing new for the summer. We never had any trouble with getting a table for dinner, we never make ressies because we never know what we want until last min. To sum it up we had another fab vacation at UO & can't wait till next time. Oh, & heres wishing you a great vacation as well, Fan2cskr have a great time I wish I was still there!
