Okay, here's my first posting.
I joined (rejoined, as a Lifetime Member) Weight Watchers a week ago. I weighed in at 186 pounds. I want to get down to 145-150 pounds.
I decided to start with the Core program, which has been very do-able, except for some pangs at my niece's birthday party when I passed on the Strawberry Cheesecake (wah!).
I went yesterday and registered a loss of 3.8 pounds! It's off to a good start.
I'd really like to be showing some results by the time we get to Disney in 7 weeks, but I realise I have some longer way to go than that!
I'll post weekly to account for my results.

Try drinking a little more water and increase the exercise. Even if you don't regularly exercise, park farther from the grocery store, go up and down the stairs at home 1 or 2 extra times a day.... Every step counts!
