Kristin Stewart is awkward!

The only photos I've ever seen are of her giving the finger to the papparazzi (sp?), which to me shows how immature she really is.

I liked "Twilight" okay, but I wouldn't pay to see her in anything, that's for sure.

She is very one dimensional in her acting. Despite the different roles she plays, her performance is the same...boring and dull. I think the reason she's continually cast in movies is that she LOOKS right for the part. She's very beautiful and as long as there isn't a need for her to speak, well then she's all set.;)

I have read and seen all of the Twilight movies. Books were great fun, easy reading and totally pleasurable. The movies? I felt like I was being silently tortured! Her acting was so stiff and awkward. Good lord woman, you have Robert Pattison and Taylor Lautner (sp?) fighting over you, show some freaking emotion! Ugh, they really should've cast someone else, someone less constipated looking with an ability to show a range of emotions.

I have never seen the Twilight movies and never will but I did see the previews for the Snow White movie and, in my opinion, she looks good. I'll take an awkward and shy actress that isn't good but looks good in minimal clothing over a great actress that can recite Shakespeare and answer questions from talking heads but looks like a meaty disaster.

As far as I'm concerned just dress her in as little as possible and don't give her much dialog. Everyone wins!

sorry, no. Terrible is terrible. I'll choose a great actress over just good looking any day.

I've not seen her acting at all and happened to see her with Kelly this morning. At the beginning, no clue who she was, I thought she was drugged. Not sure after watching the whole thing...but she certainly was awkward!

I didn't watch this interview, but saw her on Jay Leno once. She did seem awkward. I am not a big fan of her acting, but I feel for her if she is that shy. During her interview on Jay Leno, she reminded me of early interviews with Johnny Depp. Getting anything out of him was painful. Fortunately, he seems much more relaxed doing interviews now. Maybe, she'll get better at it.

As for Snow White, I want to see it. However, Charlize Theron is so beautiful. To think that the character is jealous of Kristin Stewart's beauty is kind of funny to me. I think Kristin Stewart is attractive in kind of an every day girl kind of way, but not beautiful. I see tons of girls on the street every week that are just as attractive. I think she was a poor choice for the part from that perspective. As far as the acting is concerned, I will hold judgement until I see the movie. Maybe, she'll surprise me. I was not impressed with her in the Twilight movies, but I really was not a fan of the movies anyway. I only went because a friend wanted me to go with her.

Except me... I definitely don't win in such a situation.

I am so glad you don't work in Hollywood. Most of us prefer actresses who can act.

Nope... not even close....
Sure, she is not UN-attractive.
But 'beautiful'... again, not even close.

Beauty might be the most subjective thing there is.

Just as I didn't think Beyonce was the most beautiful person in the world when she was dubbed as such I do think Kristin is beautiful in that girl next door kind of way. Not drop dead gorgeous or ravishing but definitely beautiful.

Just tune into the Playboy channel and turn off the sound. No need to ruin films for the rest of us.

She is going to host a country music awards show w/ Toby Keith in June. I can only imagine how bad thzt's gonna be!

I was just watching Kelly Ripa and she can barely respond to questions. She's not the person to send out to promote anything. She looks down, no eye contact, stammers, seems confused, fidgets in her chair, swings her feet...not very socially adept. I've never seen her in a film so I don't know her work but it must be good for her to have become so famous.

Maybe she's on the spectrum. :confused3

But, when she does look up, in every interview I've seen her in, she appears to have a glassy, stoned look, that she doesn't have when she's acting. I have a feeling that like Marilyn Monroe & Judy Garland, the studio or producers make her clean up enough to do the films, but can't stop her from being high or stoned at interviews.

Yeh she is a very awkward person in every interview I have seen. She is even awkward when reading her interviews with EW. She is not a great actress but pretty much had Bella in Twilight down pat as Bella is pretty one-dimensional herself.

If she's that shy, is it possible that she takes some legit meds for anxiety that could cause that? I don't think it's fair to say she's high unless you were there watching her light up.

I feel for her if it is just an extreme shyness. I feel like I know exactly how she feels. Until I'm really comfortable with people, I feel very awkward in one on one situations and being asked questions. Interviews (regular job interviews) are torture for me but I am aware of my shortcomings and do my best to put a lot of prep into it so I can perform the best I can.

It thankfully hasn't held me back, and so far hasn't held her back either.

It's drugs people. There are pics out on the internet of her using drugs.

I'm sure she is shy but she is a drug user.

I understand that you have a different opinion of the female body, but seriously, other than Melissa McCarthy, who in today's raft of young actresses would you consider a meaty disaster? It's not as though there are masses of Fatty Mcfattys getting tons of jobs in today's entertainment arena.

bad, bad actress. I think she is uninteresting all around.

I'm still waiting for her 15 mins to be UP. Don't get her at ALL. :sad2:

well she's been around since she was like 10 so she's had longer than "15 minutes." Personally I love her. Adventureland is one of my all time favorite movies. She is perfect in it. She's silly and goofy and awkward and funny and I like the fact that there is someone who is definitely herself. So she's not giggly and bubbly, not everyone is and just because you want to act doesn't mean you have to be that way. People seem to want all actresses to be a certain way and get (for lack of a better word) offended when not everyone acts that way.
