Kohl's sent out an email this morning with codes for 20,30,or 40% off. I have a 30 but really hoping to find a 40 % to get some things for the new baby

40%? I thought their tiers were 15, 20 and 30. Never have seen a 40 before!

I got the email, but only ended up with 20%. Man, forty would have been nice
