Well...we're back a little earlier than planned, but Ireland and I will be returning for 1 day this weekend.
It was tons of fun, we only did 2 parks, but had a blast.
We met tons of characters that we hadn't seen before, we finally got Dream Fastpasses, and a private meet and greet with a character of our choice. It was so cool. The girls were a little tired during our trip, so we decided not to do another day, and just come home. I will post some photos soon.
The gowns were a big hit, we actually had 4 different members of the dream team approach us in just under 2 hours. I believe that was the reason why. Everyone just had to know where we got those gowns. I think it was the broach that I sewed on. Everyone knew the broach was from Disney but not the dresses. It was fun to tell them that they were made at home. I have lots to share and tell, and might write a very Mini trip report, but i have to go and wake up the girls. They have been sleeping all afternoon.

We got a big 'ol box from disneyshopping.com yesterday. So, we modeled some of the stuff for you:

Here's Sawyer in his Peter Pan costume:

Me wearing my Cinderella sweatshirt and my Cinderella crown with my Cinderella wand. I really wanted to wear the crown to the mall, but I restrained myself:

I also got my pink Tinkerbell shirt that I asked about a few days ago. It was definitely women's sizing, so it fit. But, it's that really thin, cling to every roll fabric, so I'm not sure I'm going to wear it. I also double-checked disneyshopping.com and they still don't distinguish between Juniors and Women's sizing, even though the clothes are marked that way when you get them!

I can't wait to hear more and see pictures!

I meant to multi-quote before but somehow lost my quote from Heather. :confused3 But hey, I need to post or I'll drop out of the top 20 while I'm gone! Heather, I have that sweatshirt! And when I saw that crown on Lydia I ordered one for myself! I was on the phone with my sister (we shop together over the phone all the time) and she said "well, does Lily dress up that much?" I said "Lily? It's for ME!" :lmao: She (my sister) already thinks I'm mental (when it comes to Disney anyway).

How cool are we with our matching sweatshirts and tiaras!! :rotfl2:

Teresa and I shop together on the phone, too! We usually combine orders so we only have to pay one shipping fee on disneyshopping.

Teresa e-mailed me a picture of the skirt part of the Giselle dress she's making. It's GORGEOUS so far!!! I can't wait to see it finished!

One more thing! I went to Target today to try out the Baby Trend Sit 'N Stand stroller and it was on CLEARANCE!!!   It's $119 on target.com, but it was on clearance for $83!!! So, of course I bought one! I wanted to get something for the kids at Disney and this is cheaper than renting one while we're there! Here's a link to it on target.com:

It seems really easy to push, even with both kids in it. It was also easy to fold up. The front seat doesn't recline very much, but I think it'll be okay.

Now, to keep this on topic, I need to figure out how to Disney-fy it!!

That is what i have and took to disney and i love it although one day we forgot it at the hotel and had to rent one ....:confused3 i got mine for $100 so score 4 U whoooo hooooo:cheer2:

There had been a discussion about Giselle dresses. DD got one from DH's Aunt and Uncle, they got it at Marks & Spencer (for those from the UK) I love the dress, the one they got is a little big so MIL got her another one in the next smaller size, it should be here in a couple of days. I like it because it's reversible and it's short sleeved, it'll be perfect for her BBB appointment and her birthday dinner in June.

I'll try posting pictures, I have the hardest time doing it from a mac, but I'll try. If they don't work I'll also post a link to M&S so you can get a look at it.

Sorry that the pink side is so small, I couldn't nick the image from the site in the bigger size...

Thinking about BBB, has anyone been to the one in the castle? Is there a place for DD to have her pictures taken afterward right there like there is at DTD?

Thanks!

:woohoo: I'm glad to hear that you love yours! I wasn't planning on buying it yet, but I couldn't pass up that deal!

WOW! That is so pretty! I've never seen one of these! Disneyshopping.com has the wedding dress, but it's $150!!! There are some really cute things on that site. Thanks for sharing!

Does the sun shade come off? You could take that off and had your family name embroidered on the top portion - or a Mickey embroidered on it!

Oooh!! I love that idea!! I haven't put it together yet, so I bet I could applique something onto the sunshade or something!!

The Giselle dresses are beautiful. We did BBB in the Castle. We didn't do the pictures, but I think you have to go someplace down Mainstreet. I heard them telling someone getting the big package where to go. I love the inside of the Castle BBB. They have all the Princesses crowns lined up over the seating area. It's a must do for us next trip.

I can't wait to see this! I always wanted to put eeyore on dd's but I never got around to it.

Ok like I promised Heather And Teresa our Christmas day trip to Disneyland. Where my girls were wearing the cuties outfits I have ever made them and our camera died after three pics. :headache: but three is better than none. It was very windy and very cold so thats why they have sweaters on.

How adorable!! Your girls are just too cute! I love your oldest DD's glasses! Don't you hate it when your camera acts up? Mine keeps taking blurry pictures and I have no idea why.

I saw it on the Disney site for 49.99 and you can get it half of with the bonus50 code.

Hi Everyone,

Ok - update on the baby - yes, he is out of the hospital, he was born the 26th and then put into foster care here in philly - so Im sure he was checked out there, and then possiby 1 more time by the foster families doc? My SIL is going to get an appt for a pediatrician up here since they cant go back home for another week (had to stay with in so many miles for 10 days or something). I did speak with the Developmental Pediatrician at duPont today, and she recommended seeing the ped right away, unless he was jittery, not eating or extremely irratable - and then calling the hospital he was born at and seeing the neonatologist. she recommended calling a pediatrician who has experience with high risk babies (due to prematurity and drug exposure) for as soon as they get home, and also calling the birth to 3 program in their area to get a baseline check up since he is so young, sometimes it it more wait and see to see what issues, if any that the little guy would have. That makes good sense to me, you guys? Any tips for me to pass on to my SIL?

Heather Sue - LOVE the peter pan outfit!!! Sooo cute!!! Maybe you girls should get your hair "pixied" some day in the MK. I did it for new years eve and had a ball with it!! They were doing lots of people's hair - old and young, girls and boys in the barber shop!! It was a blast!!! Also, my cousin used a sitnstand stroller, and it was GREAT!! the older kiddo could jump on/off so easily if she got tired. Cant wait to see how you customize it!!

Thanks Everyone!!
Wendy:)

Those with embroidery machines - can you tell me about thread? Which do you prefer - poly or rayon? Any great places to buy lots of colors? I'm realizing I'm gonna need a LOT of thread, I need to purchase as cheaply as possible!

I just looked and they do have one for $49.50! I hadn't seen that one before. They also have a fancier Giselle wedding dress for $149.50:
http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp...d=-1&categoryId=32501&catalogFromSearch=10002

The 50% off code doesn't work for either one of them since they're not part of the "semi-annual sale". Here's the link to the $49.50 one, in case anyone else missed it:

I haven't been around in a while but guess what? Guess who is going to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party???? Yes, Gracie and I are going in March. I'm having an Aurora custom made right now. Also, we're meeting up with a friend to attend and we will be going to 1900 Park Fare. We're having "stepsister" customs made for our girls to wear. Gracie is getting an Anastasia outfit and Lilli will have a Drizella outfit. I've had a sneak peak and they are going to be great!!!!!

You all have been very busy creating here. I've just been busy buying things. I'm so excited about going back for Gracie's 2nd trip. The trip in September was amazing.
