My nephew who lived with us for many years got married yesterday. It was a beautiful wedding.

This is the bride and grooms first dance.

I used to do that but it loads so slowly. I've gotten used to the app somewhat. I also can't post in color from my phone unless I type out the entire color thing.

It was yesterday. They had it at a winery. It was a very interesting day to say the least. I was kind of shocked, as I was walking from my van to the wedding area I see this woman walking toward me and I took a double take. It was one of my SILs. It was interesting, we haven't seen each other since right after I got out of the hospital five years ago. She works with my new nieces aunt and had never met the bride and groom before. There was an awkward moment when she asked where my sister was. They knew she had died but it was one of those moments.

I reminded her as politely as I could that sister has been dead since May of 2011. The thing that ticks me off is I let them know that Kathy had died. There were a few other awkward moments but family gatherings are like that.

She was nosy. She is a nurse and she wanted to see for herself that I was as sick as I was. This was five years ago this week. Did you hear the rumor that DHS is putting in a CarsLand? We missed Carsland by about 6 months and now we're going to miss the new Fanatsyland by 2 months. This means I've got some trips to plan!!

I did hear that. I had someone link a video to me on Facebook but I can't find it of Belle's Story Time. A soft opening on it. You could get lucky.

PDS or Kelly has a grocery service. It appears, from the emails, that its just her and her husband, and she handpicks everything meaning you can give her the exact brand, size, specifications, whatever, and she'll get it. She's ordering Chloe's cake from Publix, whose supposed to have a nice bakery. She's also choosing our meats, cheeses, fruit, breads etc....I wasn't thrilled with GG's produce last time. With Kelly you can be very specific. I asked for 2 bunches of bananas; one semi ripe and one green for later in the trip. I also asked for whatever fruit is on sale that week and told her what we liked. Cynthia told me about her. I just got my final quote from her last night. She charges 20% of the groceries plus $10 to stock at Bell Services. It's not cheap but I like the idea of someone willing to meet my picky meat and produce needs. Bakery too. With GG I could only get a standard cake and with PDS I could be specific to size, flavor, color, writing, etc....I think I'll be very happy with her service.

So then I take it PDS is some kind of Acronym for whatever her business is.....

Fran would be to cheap to take advantage of that type of service. I was really unhappy with GG on our last trip so that I will not use them again. They didn't even bring my head of lettuce so we couldn't have salad one night and on our sandwiches. Also the mushrooms were kind of icky. I used them anyways since they were for spaghetti sauce, but it would have been nice if they were actually fresh.

I'm pretty sure on our now rescheduled trip, that we will shopping ourselves because Fran actually likes to go to stores in other areas.

Thank you. An ileostomy is similar to a colostomy, not an experience I recommend.


I cannot bring myself to order meat or produce. I am very hands on with that because I am so very picky.

It stands for Personal Disney Shopper. Her name is Kelly. She's getting all of our produce, bakery items, meats, and cheeses. The only thing I didn't love about GG was our produce and with a $200 order, delivery is free. I'm getting the best of both worlds; a custom cake for Chloe and handpicked goodies from Kelly with the easy, non perishables from GG. Kelly can't deliver alcohol either from what I'd heard so I needed both services. I was going to try WeGoShop but GG really was fine.

Jenna was going to take us shopping and offered but I know my crew and breaking at all the first day just won't happen. This way, we aren't dependent on anyone and they don't have to worry about us. I do like to choose my own groceries but Kelly gets rave reviews on her choices. She charges 20% and then a $10 stocking fee so that 20% adds up quickly.

My daughter Kody still loves the "little kid" rides. She is 18, she cracks me up. She doesn't like the Snow White ride, she says it really is scary. Silly girl!! She also won't ride the Haunted Mansion unless it is dressed up with the holiday overlay.


Today is the five year anniversary of leaving the hospital. I am filled with so many thoughts of that. An ileostomy is a "relative" of a colostomy.
