I went ahead and bought my Keurig at BJs.

So far I really like it. It's a bit of work figuring out what I like. I usually brew the same cup twice since I apparently like my coffee a LOT weaker than even the medium roast.

I prefer flavored coffee so I can't wait to try some of the websites some of you have mentioned. If anyone sees any deals on cups let us know!!

I work part time at BB&B and just bought my B60 on Tuesday! Got it for 30% with my employee discount during our friends and family sale this week so $91. Can't wait to try it....still sitting at home in the box because I worked last night. Also all the new machines should say something about quiet technology on the box. That should help with the noise problems some people complain about on the older machines. I am not sure if the mini has this though....

We are 1 cup a day drinkers at most. Never drink coffee at home because it is a pain to brew a pot for at most a cup or two and then throw most of it away. We mainly drink at work with an occasional Dunkin Donuts thrown in. I can't wait to try all the flavors!

From everything I have read/learned/heard it just takes a lot of experimentation to determine the right kcups for your taste and to brew on the right size and temp setting. Everyone likes something different so experiment away!

As for the my Kcup....a little trick. Take a used kcup and clean out the plastic cup part. Then slide that into the my kcup piece and put the coffee in there. The kcups are designed with a tiny little hole on the bottom to allow the water to sit on the grounds longer. With the my kcup it pushes the water through the grounds too fast resulting in weak coffee. By using the plastic part, you are forcing it to sit on the grounds longer and brew a stronger cup of coffee. You just might need to experiment with cup size and how much to use. Hope this helps

I got mine for my DH for his birthday, i got it at BJ's it was on sale for $119 and it had 72 free k-cups. We use it every day. We also got the adapter, so we can use regular coffee.

You sound like me, if I want something like this I buy it for DH on pretense it his gift haha!! I love it!!

I'm going to do a side by side comparison of this one vs. my-kap (ebay) vs. my k-cup. I should have a pretty good caffine buzz going by 10 or so!

I think that I will be getting one for the family this year. My DH likes coffee only in the winter, I only drink tea and the kids like hot chocolate. This machine solves all of our needs! I have a budget of $100 that I would like to stick to, so I need to do some comparison shopping.
I think I am also going to get the adapter or the little lids that they sell on ebay so I can use my own tea and my DH can use cheap coffee that he likes

We love ours and have the adapter so we can use the Kona coffee that friends bring us from their trips to Hawaii! I also put my tea choice (Mad Hatter from the GF) in the adaptor. We haven't found a hot chocolate Kcup brand that we like so far but use our favorite instant and just use the smallest cup choice running through just the hot water without a Kcup. I've also done beef boullion granules this way for a cup of broth.

Get the B60. It is a great starter model and our most popular seller at work. It has the reservoir and 3 sizes and you can change the temp. You can also program an on/off time, though it heats up really fast so that isn't absolutely necessary. The mini is good for traveling or as a second machine but the B60 seems to be a good blend of price and features.

I guess I don't understand this. The "My K-Cup" has a very fine mesh filter in it and the grounds seem, to me, to be steeped in hot water plenty long enough without adapting the adapter. I'm glad it works for you but I couldn't be bothered

I see it has a lot of flavors to go with it, but is the coffee strong enough out of those little individual packages? I like mine strong, strong enough to stand a spoon up in.

I have a number of colleagues at work who like their coffee that way. Make sure to use the smallest cup setting on the Keurig and use coffees marked "extra bold".
