Hi Tim! I really like the name Christopher and I think it's a great choice! The Mickey bedding is so cute but not too cute for a boy - great choice!

yes I was morning, noon and night....the first 3 months, such fun...they almost put me in the hospital since I was losing weight...when it finally started getting better, but still had occassional bought until month 5!

Wow, that sounds horrible.

I have no idea why I craved tomatos when I didn't like them maybe it was the mozzerella cheese with them!

Mmmmmm... nothing like some fresh mozzerella, tomatoes, and basil drizzled with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

I'm just tired.. spent the day raking the lawn and I have a few blisters.

Oh yes, it's Ana and Puppy that make the TR's so enjoyable! It's so sweet that she has a stuffed animal she's so attached to. My DD11 has a bear that she's loved from the time she was 3.

As long as I behave myself, I can't forsee any reason you'd have to kick me out. At least I don't think so...hmmm, maybe I should start heaping on the flattery like I do with Marv on his thread and begin calling you sugary sweet names! Then can I stay??

Melody really is a beautiful pregnant woman and yeah, I'm a little jealous too.. Let just say my feet resembly that of an elephants both times I was preggers. Not a pretty sight. And the cravings...potatoes. Any kind cooked anyway.

I think the cravings are the funniest part of a pregnancy. Some women crave some weird things.

Sunday March 6

After landing in Tampa and driving south we finally arrived at Melody's grandfathers house. It was weird being there with out her grandmother- she passed away last summer. Her grandfather misses her greatly but he seems to be doing as well as could be expected.

We were only there for a few minutes when I had to go pick some fresh oranges.

Juliana wanted to pick some too!

A few short minutes later, I was eating fresh oranges. Juliana must of found a ice cream tree or something.

It wasn't hot by any means, but being away from the horrendous winter we had this year felt really good!

Mel's grandfather cooked us a wonderful lunch and we were hungry after traveling. We spent the rest of the day talking and just relaxing. I wasn't hungry at dinner since we ate a late lunch but after we got Juliana to sleep, I ordered up some Domino's. As most of you know, Domino's isn't my ideal pizza choice, but it was what was open at 8:30 at night and it was only a 3 minute drive away.

I had to send a picture to a few 'friends' on FB...

Who knew Domino's was an unofficial sponsor of Disney?

I stayed up for a while then passed out. I was beat.




Monday March 7

This part of out trip was a lot of 'hanging' out, but we did do some exciting activities. We took Melody's grandfather down to the pier to do some fishing. Juliana was ready! (more pictures of the princess, non of the dad)

These guys were watching some seagulls saying 'Mine, mine, mine'

We make it to the end of the pier and rigged up our gear.

Now this is something you don't see everyday- and I have NEVER seen it since I met Melody over 10 years ago. Melody fishing!!!

We were there for a while and I don't think anyone got a bite. There were a few people fishing around us and no one caught anything. The girls took the opportunity to snap a picture.

It was an unsuccessful fishing trip but it was nice to get Mel's grandfather out of the house for a few hours. While we were walking off the pier, I must of told Juliana 4 or 5 times not to run. Well what do you think happened? She started running again, fell, and scraped up her knees. She was crying so hard and we tried to explain to her this was the reason we didn't want her running. She was really lucky her knee wasn't full of slivers. (you can spot her band-aids in the beach pics later in this update)

Once back to the house, Mel wanted a Florida pregnant picture.

We had a nice dinner at the house then Mel & I took Juliana to play some mini-golf.

Who knew they had live gators at mini-golf!

Not the best vew of the sunset over buildings but it was so colorful.

We were in Florida on vacation and having a great time.


Tuesday March 8

The sun was shining and it was going to be 80 degrees! It was a beach day!!! We took a drive over to Holmes Beach.

There was quite a bit of traffic. I think many other people had the same idea as we did. We finally made it to the beach and I was happy to see a familiar sign.

We found a great spot on the beach and Juliana was anxious to get to the water.

OK... time to get in the water!

She was so happy to be in the ocean. It was a great treat to be at the beach in March. That could never happen at home. She kept filling up her bucket with water and dumping it in a hole we made.

There she goes to get more water!

We stayed at the beach for a few hours before heading back to Mel's grandfather's for dinner. We were really starting to get excited because we were taking the drive to Disney the next day!

People actually CATCH fish when they fish?? I had no idea.

If you tried to swim in March here, you'd come out more frozen than a fish stick. I need a vacation.

For a minute there, I thought you were doing your best MJ on a pool stick impersonation. Then realized it was an orange picker stick.
