Just received the Free Dining PIN e-mail!

I'd been anxiously watching my e-mail and this board to see if anyone actually received an e-mail today, because I didn't want to call and bug the CM's just yet. I actually also received the previous 40% off PIN that expired yesterday, but couldn't use it because we are checking in on June 4th, so we would get that day discounted, but not the rest of the week (I HATE the way they've changed that!). We went ahead and booked our trip with the public room discount code, and DH had our confirmation sent to his e-mail address. I was curious, so I just checked his e-mail, and there it was! Now we just have to do the math to see if it's a better deal for us than the code we already have...

I got the free dining pin too, but we save an extra $200 with the 35% off I used for WL so I'll just stick with that.

Yeah, it looks like that might be the case for us. Since we're staying at Riverside, we only get the QSP for free, so without the room discount, we'd be paying an extra $375, and if we upgrade to the regular DDP, it's an extra $650. I don't know that we would spend that much in food, since we like to have a couple of TS meals, but don't feel the need to have one every day.

For the DDP, staying in a Deluxe or Villa, the dates were 7/17-8-13. For the QSP, staying in a Value or Moderate, the dates were 6/3-8/13.

I am thinking there must be some different pins out there. I see people whose pin is for 4/23-8/23 and I believe some have posted getting the full DDP vs. the quick serve for moderates.
