I am happy to announce that we passed ROFR today. We are proud owners of 300 DVC points. (well once all the paperwork is done).

I am very happy but also have a sick feeling at the same time. Has anyone felt this way when they got in?

When was your paperwork sent in? We just had our paperwork sent in on February 6 so I would like to get an idea on how fast Disney is making decisions.

8 Days!!! Yes you heard me correct.........8 Days!!!! I am still very surprised on the turnaround. Submitted to disney on Tuesday Jan 31 heard back today Feb 8.

The 'sick' feeling that comes from spending money for DVC goes away quickly when you experience the MAGIC!!!

That thread has been going for months so just click on "Last >>" to go to the end of the discussion and somewhere on that page you'll see the latest table of info: contracts that passed ROFR, contracts waiting to pass, contracts that did not pass.

The type of info that is helpful is: the resort you purchased, the number of points, whether you are getting the full set of current-year points, next year's points and any banked points, price/point you paid, whether the buyer or seller paid closing costs and current-year dues, the date the contract was submitted to Disney and the date it passed ROFR, and whether you are new to DVC or a current member adding on.
