I'll keep this short. We were in WDW at the Poly from 9/10-9/14 and then in Vero Beach after that. Crowds were light. The only thing we waited for was the character meeting for Ariel (about 20 min.). We walked onto everything else (mostly in Fanstasyland, but also Space Mtn., Haunted Mansion, Splashdown Falls, etc.). We tried to hit the parks early, but sometimes didn't get there until 10:30am. The parks were all clean, and the CMs were friendly and helpful. The free dining plan was wonderful - we were never hungry. The Poly was the best! Big room with view of the quiet pool (which was really quiet). Any questions, just ask.

Enjoy your trip!

Glad you had a great trip. Did you happen to go to any EMH - I am wondering especially about MK late ones and how crowded they were?

I just got back, too! Wasn't the low crowd level the best?

RE: EMH . . . we saw everything we wanted to during the day so we did not need any more additional time in the parks. Since rides were basically at "walk on" status, we saw and did what we needed to in a much shorter time frame. :cheer2:

Just back to did a one day trip over sat most of the rides we did at MK were 10/15 min wait times.

One nice thing I liked was not so hot out we have had a real hot summer this year.

Also did Epcot sat night and seen the fireworks and did test track wait for test track was only 5/10 min :)

Gotta love those wait times. I does making going this time of year really great.
Was the weather still pretty hot?

awesome no or little wait times.

glad everyone had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

Sigh.....You guys are giving me serious Disney depression. I want to go back NOW!!!!

Am hoping for another free dining offer sometime soon. Maybe just wishful thinking but that would really seal the deal for me.

Glad you had a great time..............thank you for posting.

Sounds like you ha a magical trip. :goodvibes :wizard: :wave2:

I just came back to from my trip on the 10th-17th of September. The crowds
were very light and the wait times were either 0 or 5 to 10 minutes. Some said 20 but it seemed shorter. I used a emh and non emh strategy. I went to the evening times at both Mgm , Animal kingdom and Mk. Animal kingdom was very nice and the weather was not to hot. I rode the Kali river rapids twice without getting off. The Cm asked us if we wanted to go again. The safari ride was great as there were lot more animals out. MK was very crowded only because spectro magic and wishes was on the emh night. But i did all of
fantasy land after Wishes but had to go back in the morning to finish because
i got tired. Still had a great time.

We didn't do any EMH. Like one of the other posters said, we really didn't need to. I felt that it was too hot for my liking, but the humidity wasn't as bad as I expected. We had a terrible summer here in PA with temps in the mid/upper 90s and high humidity. The day we went to AK was unbearable for me. I don't know if it was hotter that day or if the park felt hotter because of its design (though there is a ton of shade there).

Next time we go we'll plan our trip around cooler weather.
