Just got back yesterday fromn a week, 1 nite at BWV, 5 at BCV. Did 3 of the 4 parks (not MGM). Every CM in all the parks and resorts seemed exceptionally nice. Seemed busier than usual for this time of year-one bus driver told me that it was very slow after 9/11 and is now starting to return to "normal"-apparently employees are thrilled. Saw "Wishes", and although it was nice, nothing comes near Illuminations for "Wow" factor, IMHO. Disney Transportation always worked great. And I had the opportunity to meet several DIS people. If you get a chance, do that! DIS people are some of the nicest to meet (at least the ones I've been lucky enough to meet)
Just one warning-please remember this is supposed to be a vacation, fun for the family, happiness. I saw more frazzled families arguing with each other, yelling at their kids (and being yelled at BY their kids). PLEASE-relax and enjoy!
Any questions?

No questions, just wanted to welcome you back! Sounds like you had a great trip (minus the families you heard arguing!)

For one thing MGM is my least favorite park. More importantly this trip was the fact that I really wanted to concentrate on Xmas things at Disney (CP, tree lightings at Epcot and MK, seeing decorations at resorts-this was my first December trip). And without the Osborne Lights, I frankly didn't see any Christmas-y reason to go to MGM. DH and I already have reservations in May, and I plan to do MGM then, maybe eliminate a different park. I just find it a more restful, enjoyable trip to do 3 parks in a week-long trip.

Did Animal Kingdom have anything 'Christmas' like to see? We are going next week and we only have 2 days left on our park hoppers so we are trying to decide if we should try to visit AK or not.

Thanks!

In Camp Minnie-Mickey, there's a group of Holiday singers, I think they're called the "Caroling Campers" or something like that, check on WDW Live Entertainment site, I don't remember them being listed on the Times Guide. Of course, this is in addition to the usual decorations and stuff. I never got to Dinoland, so don't know what they might have had there. Also, AK is where I got my picture taken with Christmas Goofy with the shortest wait (only one group in front of me).
