Just back from WDW, with pins to trade !

I just got back from at trip to WDW ( I posted my pins for trade on the Pin Trading Board).
I just wanted to put in a plug for the Friday night pin meet at the Contemporary. If you are going to WDW for the holidays , don't miss this gathering! Great people and good fun! And they even had their own, official, WDW SIGN for the pin meet!! I was glad to see Kathryn again, and to meet RADPinLady Leslie ( my most frequent trader/pal), Steve, Ed, Dana, Peggie, Blane. I had fun trading with some polite little boys - we sat on the floor and admired each other's pins, and traded; it was great fun.
At DTD, I was distressed by the sharks in the WOD pin trading area. My DH saw a couple who frequents that area do a dishonest trade with some unsuspecting DVC owners for their 9/11 Mickey Ears pin. So... beware.
Not all the traders in the room were sharks, but that incident and a few others left us with a creepy feeling that was definitely not the "Disney magic" we usually feel when we are there.

It was great meeting you at the meet. Sure glad you didn't post the photos you took along with the post.
Hope you were able to trade for some good pins.
I know what you mean about those sharks. I actually saw one circle Ed at Epcot. It was the funniest thing.
Ed had his show off lanyard on and this guy circled him three times. I couldn't believe it, he actually circled him. Never said anything to him or any of us, but I bet he was hoping some of those pin backs would fall off. But Ed has them on tight, with his allen wrench holders.
