Just a Warning - Disneyland Resort Express

so finall got the right person on the phone, Vanessa, of Disneyland Resort Express, who expressed shock and dismay....and she had not been told of this event (or non-event) as suspected.

Vanessa will be calling me back after a discussion with her operations manager who will be discussing with employee. She assures me it was for none of the possible reasons and that the only reason to bypass someone is if the bus was loaded to the gills. Since it wasn't, there is no excuse as the company doesn't care which football team, doesn't care about race and there are security protocols for late-night pick-ups. Therefore, that left only one reason and the manager will be discussing that possible reason with her (laziness/wanted to get done with her route five minutes earlier, who knows).

Anyway, Vanessa listened, which is all I ever wanted anyone to do, and assured me that it is not the Express's desire to leave ANYONE.

Well that is a good outcome! I am glad you talked with them! An the way they are handeling it now is the way it should have been done in the first place.. netherless it’s being handled and I am glad that they listened to your complaint!!

I'm really surprised...we have had thirteen trips to DL with this line in the last six years and never once had an issue.
