They need to change the policy and stop torturing us. BRP didn't work. Not for most people and that's why it's a thing of the past and I want to keep it that way. I think they should simply have a set schedule for AP holders. You get X% off during value season, X during regular, X during peak and holiday. No matter what. No matter what!!! Based on availability of course and they could block out a certain number of rooms. So, there would still be some competition for them, but none of this craziness.

My DH was so upset that this happened to me, he called Disney and got a supervisor in Guest Services. ANd let me tell you, my DH hates dealing with Disney, he likes being there, but doesn't want to have to deal with ANY of the details, so I was so happy he called.
ANYWAY, after all was said and done, this supervisor DID say that he felt that the discounts would be out soon and not skipped over.
SO that is an encouraging note to us all.
I swear I'm done calling Disney. If I have to check on something or change something, I'm having DH do it. I've had my fair share of unfriendly CM's and I'VE HAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
