I have been walking just not posting
adding on 135 min and 60 sit ups for these totals
320/600 walking
170/600 situps
 
Another 89 minutes, so I'm 384/700. Whew, I'm over half way there.
 
45 minutes walking today so I'm now 340/900

I did the StepMill at the gym on Thurs- can we say :faint: :eek: :scared: :crazy2:

Holy burning hammies Batman. That thing is worse than running uphill 3 miles. I'll sick to the treadmill and outdoor running, with some rowing thrown in now and again.

Keep up the good work everyone-I know with summertime everyone gets busy and doesn't always get to exercise. I did a lot of work outside today, mulching, string trimming, vacuuming the pool. I'm beat now and will sleep well tonight. Tomorrow is another 3 mile run with FIL. I will try hard to convince him to not do the hill route, try something flat and easy.
