My primary form of exercise is walking, but I've recently added cycling. This morning I made my first attempt at running - it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
June 14 740/1350 (or 55% of my goal for the month! Yippee!)
I'm finally here and checking in! The good news is that I have been busy exercising especially on vacation!
So far this month I'm at 920/1600!
I have fallen off some since we got home so I really have to get back on track ASAP. I don't want to blow the great start I had this month by getting lazy now.
