Off to update. DD still has her headache & dizzies. Saw Neurologist yesterday who has ordered an MRI - not scheduled yet. Put her on Migranol(sp?) for 3 days every 8 hours & it is really knocking her out & making her feel pretty awful....no clue if it is helping the head.

I'm running on empty & can't lose an ounce despite pushing the exercise as much as possible. My Bugg says I have a really good deficit. STRESS SUCKS!!!!
 
I've been MIA for a few days because I had to go out of town to take some state boards to become licensed. I have been working out though!

I'm now at 440/1000
