(Graphics card on my laptop where I track exercise went out, so I'm missing a little from June 11-17. Not much - most of that was vacation and it was too hot to go outside and I didn't have anything for exercising indoors.)

Off to update.

DD still has the headache & rocky feeling like dizziness. Had an MRI on friday, but no results yet. Tomorrow taking her to a craniofacial specialist as a niece (almost 40) had a headache for over 4 YEARS before they discovered TMJ and a fracture at the joint. DD's jaw pops, crackles, sometimes locks & the pain she has is what everyone describes as the location of TMJ pain. Maybe we are on to something.....worth the $30 to check.

Yes, Rose & CC, if you can take July & Aug, I will be back in Sept. Between DD's problem, life in general and hopefully the trip to FL and cruise I have planned, life is gonna be real hectic.

Keep moving everyone! Lookin' good! Remember to hydrate as it gets hotter!
 
I did 80 minutes today. 60 on the treadmill and a 25 minutes video.

I can still make my goal, but it might be tough.

I'm now at 705/1200
